Active does take insurance and offers packages to purchase if you plan on going back numerous times. The staff is incredibly sweet, welcoming, and makes you comfortable during each visit. What I do really like too is they offer texting which is helpful in scheduling appointments and reminders. It isn't an automatic service on the other line when texting, it is an actual person who answers your questions and concerns! Overall, Active is a great office that helps resolve your issues while easing your mind with answers to whatever questions you might throw their way!

so beyond irritated with this place. my bf saw a deal running for $37 that includes a spinal exam,…read morereport of findings, xrays, care plan and an adjustment. he told me about it after doing it himself knowing i have back issues so i called saying i would like to do the $37 promotion they have running. they said ok and booked me this was for june 17. i came in for this and they did pretty much everything but an adjustment which is the main thing i wanted. i kept saying i wanted the adjustment and they said it was free bc of a referral but has no adjustment. we both were there and said we'd rather pay for the promotion because i wanted the adjustment which is why i booked for the promotion. they said they could do it in an hour. i had to work after the appointment that i was already there for that was supposed to be booked for the entire service as advertised and that i specifically asked for. i was already there for over an hour because i came early just in case they could take me early. since they couldn't fit me in when i was there, they said that i could reschedule for this and they would do it at my next appointment, so i did. i drove out there AGAIN today for the second time now expecting an adjustment AGAIN and they said that deal was same day only. so i basically came back for a report of findings & care plan that were both advertised in the initial $37 deal? what a waste of time. the person telling me this was someone i've never seen before and i kept reiterating to her that i understand what she's saying but the issue is that they did not book it properly the first time and couldn't fit me in while i was there for what i booked for and i had to work after the hour i booked off for this appointment. i have absolutely no idea how a business could be this dense and unaware. i specifically booked for this promotion they didn't honor it the day i came in, told me next time they would & then wasted my time 2 times now!!! yet they're trying to get me to sign for a package of $1300 before i even tried an adjustment once because they somehow keep messing up?? promising a customer something and then not honoring it is crazy practice my bf and i are both business owners and are no longer coming here because of the extreme lack of customer service and honesty. losing thousands of dollars and potentially years of business between 2 people over a $40 difference for a promotion that they choose to advertise and not honor is crazy. thankfully, there are tons of chiropractors out there with nice offices which is what i prefer anyway.

The facility is really nice and he has a spacious room where he can entertain guests although there are other areas outside his room to sit and chat as well as a lovely courtyard. All the treatments at this practice are well over $100 since they are cosmetic. IMO, who walks around with cash to cover this. However, the reason I am writing this review is concerning the experience I had today. As always, when called back I was asked about the treatments I wanted. The assistant was insistent on trying to sell me additional treatments that I was not interested in and seemed confused when I repeatedly stated what I wanted done. Please note, I always do the same thing, brow furrow and crows feet. I am not exaggerating when she repeatedly stated that I wanted two other areas for neurotoxin treatment that I did not want (forehead and lower face). I corrected her multiple times and it struck me odd as I always do the same thing. I was stunned when Dr. Tish came in and injected my forehead (her habit is to come in and inject without verifying the areas). I stopped her from proceeding. Please understand, my forehead doesn't need help, but my eyes and furrow do. As you all know, the neurotoxins are extremely expensive and she wasted my money injecting an area that I didn't want injected. And as a result, less was left for the areas that I wanted targeted. I assumed she would apologize for the mistake and then correct the error. No, she did not. I am extremely dissatisfied with the results as I didn't get the full service that I paid for and she didn't offer to remedy the situation. I will never go there again and you are a fool if you trust your face to her. Lastly, any Doctor that is doing a procedure should, out of due diligence, confirm with the patient the procedure. She never has done that and in my mind, it is lazy and borderline malpractice.

He answered all my questions and diagnosed me with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) which is a newer name for RSDS. He recommended me to see a physician (Dr. Salim Hayek) that deals with Pain Management, Neuropathic Pain, Failed Back Surgery Syndrome, CRPS/RSD, Pelvic Pain. At least I have a name for it and get the right treatment. I only wish that I went to him originally as I could have been treating this from the get go. I would have gladly gone out of my way to see. Lesson learned: Never go to any physician out of convenience. Dr. Anderson is well worth going that extra mile.
