I stopped in last minute while out running errands. I was seated immediately on a busy Saturday late morning and greeted right after. The menu is fantastic. Great options, wonderful seasonal specials. (Short rib omelette?! Hell yes!) I wanted basic, so I built my own omelette with a side of bacon and a hot tea. They have a great drink menu- coffee, specialty cocoas, tea, cocktails, mocktails, and refreshers. I was on my way to see a friend, so I grabbed us each a refresher to go. My meal was out in just minutes. Expertly prepared, fresh and delicious. Also a very nice portion. Sourdough toast was excellent. Generous filling for the omelette too. The only drawback was a common plight for strip mall restaurants- entrance that opens straight into the dining room. No foyer or vestibule means the cold January air nipped you in the face every time that front door opened. On cold days, get a table in the back. I'd like to highlight the mocktail concept, too. I often want a spirited drink but don't imbibe booze often. I love that they have offerings. The entire staff was so nice and helpful. I can't wait to come back!

Friendly service, well priced and made to order with organic ingredients and Rising Star coffee,…read morethe perfect combination in the suburbs. We did a long run and wanted a quick breakfast afterwards without feeling like crap, Yelp to the rescue...so we stopped in the nourishing nook for a quick bite and caffeine hit. The menu was simple, offering a combination of breakfast and lunch options with juices and plenty of caffeine. We opted for breakfast basics, the avocado toast was a big serving, perfectly ripe avocados with a hint of lemon, delicious. My husband loved the maple sausage egg sandwich with cheese. Now on to the star, the chai was fantastic hot and spicy and the coffees, even got it to go, were fresh ground and made to order. If you need to host an event, they event have a gathering room in the back of the cafe. My only downside is when food is being prepared and gloves are worn on both hands, you are still touching every surface, utensils, toasters etc and my food...one glove and use the free hand to touch everything else.

At my previous visit, I only enjoyed a latte, and when I returned today, I was determined to put their food options to the test, the visionary sandwich was everything I hoped it to be and more! I've had the Sakura, fruit tea, slush, reg brown sugar boba. All have been fantastic. I love how the boba pearls are always soft. My new fave lately has been the crystal pearls. They added a claw machine which I won my first plushie!! Also added a shelf with fun keychains and boba plushies. Overall a fantastic addition in the area. They should definitely expand! Also - would have a boba picture but the boba is gone too quick lol Additionally, they just started doing punch cards!

Legit boba, long wait times during opening weekend at NEO's much anticipated new boba milktea shop…read more This is the newest franchise in a national milktea chain, boasting fresh ingredients and authentic tea in their drinks. The parking lot is shared with neighboring conveyor belt sushi restaurant Watami, and adjacent to a busy Dunkin' drive through, making access to the shop a slightly chaotic experience. Once you're in though, be sure to grab a menu to browse the numerous drink offerings, grouped by drink type (e.g. fruit teas, milk swirl, classic) and select Hong Kong style waffles. The inside is pretty barebones for now, with the most catching accents being the giant mounted Brown Bear bust (from the LINE chat app) and small sofa with huge boba plushies. A few small two-seater tables line the wall along the long-side of the counter where you can watch the employees hard (really hard) at work brewing dozens of tea bags, churning fresh fruit, and mixing drinks. For opening weekend, they had a BOGO deal and business was crazy, line reaching out the door. The beleaguered cashier was still helpful, explaining that the Milk Swirl drinks don't have tea in them and that we would have to wait at least 30 minutes for our drinks due to current demand. The shop even had to temporarily close for an hour to allow them to catch up on drinks. While a 40 minute wait likely won't be the norm after this weekend (I hope), the boba was certainly one of the best in Cleveland, probably rivaled only by Mango Mango. The black tea is potent, fresh taro chunks evident, and boba pearls chewy enough to satisfy. 50% sweet was still a little too sweet for my taste, but will hit the spot for sugar fiends. While Parma is a little out of the way for routine boba visits, I'll certainly be back once the rush dies down to try more of their menu and anticipate more snacks on their menu like their other locations.

When I first walked in, I was greeted by a distinct, not so pleasant smell. I asked the clerk behind the counter if they had PB and banana smoothie. I was initially told no, but then the gentleman directed me to the menu and told me they have a Peanut Power Plus smoothie, which contains Bananas, Peanut Butter, Dates, Nonfat Milk and a Protein Blend. I told the worker that I did not want the dates or the protein powder and he said that it would be blended in and I wouldn't even taste it. They started making the smoothie and instead of peeling a fresh banana, they had what looked like pre-peeled bananas in this stainless steel container. They were scooping the very over ripe and mushy bananas from this container. Who knows how long they had been sitting in there. Had I seen that first I probably would not have ordered, but I felt bad canceling my order when they already started making it and it was paid for. When a smoothie was blended, it was so thick that the worker couldn't get it out of the blender canister. You needed a spoon to eat it and it tasted very gritty due to all the powder that was added in it. It was horrible and I ended up throwing half of it away. I was so disappointed. I will continue to drive out of my way to go to Fresh Healthy Cafe.
