I went on the recommendation of a co-worker looking for a specific item. What I found was a lovely store with beautiful things, right now it's mostly Christmas but they have a bridal registry, clothing, home decor and tabletop. Staff is friendly and helpful even in the crush of Christmas shopping. I'm looking forward to shopping there again in the non-Christmas season to see their regular offerings.

The owner was friendly during our visit and was very helpful and affable. The addition of the shop dog, Louie - a french bulldog, made this a well-rounded and adorable trip. An employee came outside and said, "May you please not relieve your dog here". I said of course, I wouldn't do that, he is just sniffing around. It was a very reasonable ask from the employee. I didn't leave the area right away and the employee began to curse at me for having my dog in that space! It was so startling and threatening, especially for truly minding my own business. I will never support Quince and Quinn. It is a shame they hire such disrespectful people who would yell at a young lady walking down the street. It made me feel very uncomfortable.

We were informed that if we bought the cleaning package we could get the couch cleaned at anytime. We have a few dye stains that were transferred onto the seats which big Sandy's cleaning company that we paid an extra $500 to do so has turned down our claim. The sales rep is no longer with the company! Be mindful of shady salesman & companies! This debris absorbs dyes, dirt, dust etc VERY VERY easily! Also, make sure you have measurements for any area that you are looking to buy furniture for as they don't accept returns. For your convenience, they have little measuring tapes, notepads, and pens for you to use. They will store items here for future pick-ups; just in case you splurged on something you didn't need (We've all been there, am I right?). Make sure to follow them on social media. They usually post about new items and you can check to see if that coffee table you want is still available.

You know the type: floor-length with a conservative collar and nothing that anyone under 60 would consider buying. Disappointed, I continued to browse the rest of the store. The other 90% of Gattle's is stocked with homegoods: custom monogrammed dishtowels, bath towels, place mats, and bedding sets. They also have gifts like rubber kitchen gloves with fur wrist lining. Or lotions and candles. Very, very expensive lotions and candles. $48 for an 8 ounce candle? That's way too much for something so small. Most of the products I viewed were imported from London or France, which explains the high prices. There were a lot of nice smelling items which I would have bought had they been half...well, two-thirds of the price. Have kids to shop for? This is a perfect place for Grandma to buy the grandkids something unique. There are all sorts of clothes and toys for the luxurious toddler. These are definitely special occasion items and mirror the prices of the candles. I did like how Gattle's has color swatches and examples of all their customizable bed and bath goods. We were met with freshly made cappuccinos and encouraged to stay awhile and meander throughout their various style rooms. Jeff was the consummate host and design consultant.
