One was purchased at their large Fairfield location and the last two at this Kenwood location. The first two mattresses held up very well. I still have the mattress we purchased 6 years ago and it's in great shape. We did purchase the mid range mattress this time - just a preference in firmness needed for a bad back. So - I do hope that it holds up as well as the last two mattress, as they were the top range. The salesperson was helpful in finding us the right mattress our needs - without being too pushy. The bed delivery was done quickly. They even helped to put on the mattress protector. Overall - we've been pleased with Original Mattress Factory.

Even with Covid they took all the proper precautions. He left me alone and did not bother me at all until I had questions about the different beds. This made for a really comfortable experience allowed me to have time to really consider each mattress. He told me a little bit about the company and how all the mattresses are made right here in Cincinnati and was very honest about the whole process. I went home and talked to my fiancé at the time and I definitely felt like this is someplace I wanted to go back to. So I went back and spoke to somebody new who also just gave me my space to be able to try out the bed I preferred again. We decided to pick one of the orthopedic mattresses with a medium firmness and we absolutely love it! It is so comfortable and we got it for a great price. We loved how all the prices were listed there in the store and there was no guessing or negotiating. Even during Covid we got it within two weeks. We also ordered a beautiful Amish frame which is super sturdy, simple, and elegant. We chose to have the furniture delivered to the door and not set up due to us being out of town and a family member receiving the furniture. It was great they were right on time and they called multiple times just to let us know where they were. There was nothing wrong with the mattress or the frame it was exactly as we expected. He said that I could still buy that mattress even though it is thick because it would still support my back enough. It DID NOT provide enough support. It was too soft. I should have trusted my own instinct and never listened to the sales person. So I had to pay a lot of money to exchange the mattress because they, of course, have themselves covered legally. Big mistake. And it is too bad. I have bought their basic mattress before and it was a good value. But I would never shop at Original Mattress Factory again.
