I paid for a service for our animal. We go when we were told the remains would be ready for pick up and what do I get? The wrong animal! The gave me another families beloved pet! They don't double check the paperwork and handed over another families pet, which I immediately returned. I called to let them know and the girl who answered blamed me! How is the company's mistake mine? I have no clue. To top it off - she then scoffs at me on the phone. Fast forward to racing back there to return the other pet. I get there and she doesn't show any remorse or care and some random male runs into the lobby area and starts yelling at me to lower my voice. I'm upset and rightfully so. They called back few hours after that saying instead of the funeral home she had been taken somewhere to be declared dead because they didn't have the information that hospice had already done that and notified them. If that wasn't bad enough, we had made and paid for all arrangements ahead of time and they called us again saying they were unable to fly my mom to El Paso as had been arranged.
