Upon leaving her 2nd clinic, she advised her patients that there was a new Dr. at Seymour Health that agreed to take patients that she had seen from that clinic. Apparently, that is not the case!!! Upon calling the clinic I was told they had not approved that message and I'd have to come in through the walk-in clinic, assuming my records did not get sent away to a clinic where I never wanted or intended them to be.
