I asked them to correct the information and give me the cost based on my new insurance provider; they told me the script would now cost me $523, and then asked if I still wanted it! I left without the script, contacted my insurance provider, and found out that my copay was $47. Because I dealt with the same individual for both visits, it's obvious that they just don't know what they're doing. I ended up getting my script filled, at the correct cost, through an online retailer.
