The Pharmacy often seems overwhelmed and then customer service suffers. You can't make a customer wait for 10 days to fill a script, not follow up, then the customer calls twice, and your rep finally tells them to call another CVS to get it filled. That's your job after that long. Ultimately they did as I asked but in an annoyed "you're inconveniencing me" manner. Sure way to lose business. Consumers have a choice and will vote by walking away from your store. Sadly this leads to the good people losing jobs! I've seen it all too often as an HR executive. In client facing roles, being good to your clients is a baseline requirement! And lastly please give customers an option to bypass the pharmacy phone tree as it takes over 10 minutes to get a live person on the phone.
