There were SO many silicone suture strips to choose from and he even stayed for a minute to help explain the differences between the two. The box I chose to purchase was the last one on display there and it looked damaged and crinkly and no others were in stock. The young woman at the front desk who checked me out was nice enough to knock 25% off of it for me! Store seems calm, well managed, very organized. I would certainly return as my parents live in this area :-)

CVS Three Bridges…read more I've had a difficult time with this employee (Leah) multiple times. I went in a few months ago to get some medicine OTC, went to the front desk to pay. She swapped the medication I had for the 1 month supply when I paid for the 3 month supply. I went back into the store and confronted her, and asked for the correct item that I brought up to the register and paid for. She had a whole fit and accused me of being a bad customer when she SWITCHED MY PRODUCT WITH A DIFFERENT ONE. I went in the other night (closest CVS to me -- unfortunately). Leah was there, when I walked into the store she gave me a very dirty glare. I didn't see my medicine in stock so I went the long way around the store to see if they had any remaining behind the register (the long way was to avoid her). I see the medicine I need is behind the register, wonderful! I picked up a few things on my way to Leah to ask her if I can purchase the item behind the register. With the most disgusting attitude she responded with "the 3 or 1 month"... I responded with "I'd prefer the one month but I'll take what's available, but I'm not interested in your disrespectful tone and attitude." I collected a few more items so I wasn't "following" her to the front of the store. Met her at the register and she claimed she had a 'bad experience' with a customer, I interrupted her and said, "that was me, would you like to continue what you were saying?". She responded with, "I thought so". I stated, "I approached you in a calm manner asking for something only you can get for me, there is no need for your disrespect and attitude. if you're going to disrespect someone, be ready for the consequences that follow. I will not be spoken to in a rude manner, especially when I was being respectful." She didn't respond. And decided to say my nails are pretty. I didn't respond, payed and left the store. Is this the type of employees you're hiring? Not making sure the product they're selling is the correct items they were handed. Disrespecting a customer and then playing the victim card to the manager. We are the customers putting a roof over your head, food on your table and money in your pockets. Respect your community and your customers. What happened to "Healthier Happens Together"? Your employees alone can't follow a simple slogan, "bringing our heart to every moment of health". CVS's 4 pillars of service and the 4 Pillars this employee (Leah), lacks: -smiling -assuring voices -helping hands -inspiring stories This employee is a disgrace to CVS's core customer service philosophy

The Spark driver used Google maps and the GPS system sent him to a totally different street than the one that was on my order. Instead of questioning that something seems wrong, the driver left my package at someone else's house and took a picture of someone else's door. When I called Walmart, both the store and the 1-800 customer service number, both informed me that the package was delivered and no error had been made, and they refused to send out another driver, or track my package, or refund my money. Basically, they said it was now MY problem. They had the audacity to blame Google. Google GPS is not infallible, and sometimes does not always work. This is widely known. This is why HUMAN beings with a brain sometimes need to think before doing something that looks questionable. If a package/order has a delivery address on it and Google takes them somewhere else, that driver should either call the contact number given on the order or take the merchandise back to the store for further clarification. So let this be a warning to anyone ordering online at Walmart. They do not guarantee the accuracy of their delivery service and brainwashed all their employees to make the customer feel guilty about being angry. The low level employees were all super empathetic, but were powerless to help. The managers who do have the power to help had no empathy and continued to push a ridiculous conclusion that they and their deliver driver did nothing wrong. To quote Tom Cruise as Charlie Babbot in "Rainman", "Walmart sucks!" Buyer beware...shop Amazon instead!

February 3, 2020 I…read moream writing this letter to publicly recognize the extraordinary service provided to the residents of Branchburg and surrounding communities by the owner and personnel of the Raritan Valley Pharmacy. My family and I have resided in Branchburg for more than thirty years until recently moving, and we have used the Raritan Valley Pharmacy exclusively for longer than I can remember. During this time, and because of the particular circumstances that I will explain in greater detail later, we have developed a close and enduring relationship with the pharmacists and staff of the Raritan Valley Pharmacy. My wife was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis shortly after we moved to Branchburg. Since then, her condition has worsened significantly. She is required to see many different physicians and must take a variety of medications. Understandably, navigating between physicians, insurance companies, and the pharmacy has become an incredibly daunting task. It is for these reasons that I cannot overstate the importance of having an advocate who represents my wife's best interests. We have also learned that kindness and compassion are the most valuable qualities that any health care professional can possess. Experiencing illness or infirmity is stressful enough for patients and caregivers. I cannot imagine dealing with the many issues involved with my wife's disease without the benefit of knowledgeable, caring professionals who provide the required valuable advice and counsel. The professionals at the Raritan Valley Pharmacy have done precisely that. All of the pharmacists, from Sager, the owner, to Tom and Henry, have consistently displayed incredible kindness and compassion over the years. They are patient and understanding and have gone above and beyond in assisting us when problems arose with our insurance company or with a physician's office. They have saved us thousands of dollars over the years by researching and identifying different coupons and offers for medications that were available to us and that we were unaware of. They are diligent in reviewing all of the medications my wife takes to ensure that none of her medicines interact improperly. The staff, including the delivery personnel, are always polite, friendly, and efficient. While I am known more for my verbosity than my brevity, there are no words I can find that could adequately express my sincere gratitude for everything that the caring professionals at the Raritan Valley Pharmacy have done for us over the years. I hope that I have adequately conveyed how much the Raritan Valley Pharmacy means to our family and the families of all they serve. I unconditionally recommend them to anyone who requires a pharmacy for whatever reason and I am confident that they will be as satisfied as we are.
