That cost seemed much lower than the copay for my new insurance plan, so I questioned the cashier and discovered that they had billed it under my old insurance. I asked them to correct the information and give me the cost based on my new insurance provider; they told me the script would now cost me $523, and then asked if I still wanted it! I left without the script, contacted my insurance provider, and found out that my copay was $47. Because I dealt with the same individual for both visits, it's obvious that they just don't know what they're doing. I ended up getting my script filled, at the correct cost, through an online retailer.

If I'd talked to a customer like this I'd be thrown out in my rump.

He spoke so kindly to both me and my daughter and was incredibly complimentary and personable. In a world where people often rush through interactions, he took the time to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. I left the store feeling uplifted and reminded that there are still such genuinely wonderful people out there. He truly made our night better. I wish he worked there every day! I ordered a product from Walmart.com that was delivered from the store in Clinton, NJ using a…read moredelivery service called Spark. Apparently, this is a Walmart brand delivery company. The Spark driver used Google maps and the GPS system sent him to a totally different street than the one that was on my order. Instead of questioning that something seems wrong, the driver left my package at someone else's house and took a picture of someone else's door. When I called Walmart, both the store and the 1-800 customer service number, both informed me that the package was delivered and no error had been made, and they refused to send out another driver, or track my package, or refund my money. Basically, they said it was now MY problem. They had the audacity to blame Google. Google GPS is not infallible, and sometimes does not always work. This is widely known. This is why HUMAN beings with a brain sometimes need to think before doing something that looks questionable. If a package/order has a delivery address on it and Google takes them somewhere else, that driver should either call the contact number given on the order or take the merchandise back to the store for further clarification. So let this be a warning to anyone ordering online at Walmart. They do not guarantee the accuracy of their delivery service and brainwashed all their employees to make the customer feel guilty about being angry. The low level employees were all super empathetic, but were powerless to help. The managers who do have the power to help had no empathy and continued to push a ridiculous conclusion that they and their deliver driver did nothing wrong. To quote Tom Cruise as Charlie Babbot in "Rainman", "Walmart sucks!" Buyer beware...shop Amazon instead!

I think it actually works well that somehow Labcorp partnered with Walgreens for space. It is kind of strange sitting in a retail store for routine lab work but when you are called inside it looks like any Labcorp you may have been to in the past. Bottom line, it works, including the "online" check in though I think that is better done waiting in one of the seats inside than in your car.
