Upon completion, however, it took 9 hours for the power company to finish the connection. Definitely not Great Lakes electric's issue so can't count that against them. Downside of the entire thing which warrants four stars is that they did not label the panel like the contract states. I got the run around with it and just ended up doing it myself after nearly a month of waiting. I'd still recommend them though even with that little issue at the end.
