Has to confirm every single online order via phone for card security. (nowhere on website does it say they have to call and re add card info with each order) I received email confirmation of order and everything. I had already submitted my card info. When I told her that this order was supposed to be delivered today and that's the entire point of ordering online she raised her voice telling me I am rude and then slammed the phone down hanging up on me.
