The cleaning was supposed to be allergy focused and they didn't even dust all of the ceiling fans. There's dust on the corners of the walls and the bedroom carpet was either missed or vacuumed poorly. They were a very nice family but they didn't even have the correct information for the house or know that they were being contracted. The person who hired them said that their normal cleaner couldn't do the job so asked them if they could do the jobs after meeting them in a random apartment they were cleaning. I was not told that they would not be using their usual cleaners. We spent 15 minutes just making sure that they were in the right place because they had no idea who they would be meeting and I had no idea that they didn't have any of the information that I had relayed to Andrew. They were told that they were there for a three bedroom and I had talked to Andrew telling him that it was a 4bed 2 bad, gave square footage and told him that there was a lot of work to be done and that it was really important that the allergens were prioritized since my son was coming back from the hospital with a severe cat allergy and that we had 3 cats and the remnants needed to be cleaned from the house which is why I was fine with the pricepoint even though it was the highest quote I was given by any other company . I also was told they would use hypoallergenic chemicals which did not happen. I reached out and asked what we could do and was told they cleaned to the best of their ability without being asked what they missed or for any proof of issues. Again the family was nice but I don't think that the job was properly communicated to anyone involved and it's unfortunate that my son had to suffer the consequences. read more

Avoid this company. I booked a deep clean because my usual cleaner wasn't available, and it was a massive mistake. ​Two cleaners arrived at 11:00 AM. One worked incredibly slowly, while the other did almost nothing and had to be constantly managed by his coworker. It took them an hour and a half just to do one bathroom. After 6 hours, they still hadn't touched the baseboards, windows, or patio door. ​When we pointed this out, the cleaners started arguing with us and shouting at my wife. I called the office, and the phone representative was just as argumentative. They only agreed to finish the job after I mentioned leaving a Yelp review, and even then, they complained the entire time. ​After 7 total hours, they left the house in terrible shape. I sent photos to the office showing the following issues: - ​Sticky floors throughout the entire house. - ​Missed windows. - ​Thick dust under the bed, behind the TV, behind the sofas, and in the corners. - ​Dirty oven and laundry room doors. - ​A guest bathroom left in a total mess. ​Other companies have deep-cleaned my home perfectly in 4 hours. Today Tuesday, July 8, Jaden & Demarios of Fresh Abode stopped by our house in Brentwood Glen, looking to do anything needed, & we needed our 32 Solar Panels thoroughly cleaned, as they were filthy dirty from the dirt in the air. They got their equipment, & were up their ladder in no time, cleaning each & every panel as if they were brand new, which in fact they practically are. I inspected the job at the conclusion, & could not have been happier. These are two fine young men, totally trust worthy hard workers who won't let anyone down, no matter the challenge.
