As someone who has literally never in their life used a laundromat, I went in expecting the worst (TV and movies don't really paint a pretty picture), and came away with THE ideal experience! As soon as I walked in, Lloyd came and helped me unload my car, explained which washers to use based on our needs (I brought a literal mountain of dirty clothes) and through some of the finer points of using the machines. Marissa was very kind, and kept on checking on myself and my kids to see if there's anything that she could help us with. We are still in the laundromat, wrapping up the drying, but overall this has been a fantastic experience! Hopefully my new machines get delivered soon, but in the event that anything stops working, or I need some additional assistance, this is the place I will come, and wI'll refer anybody who bothers to listen to come here. Fresh and Clean Laundry was our go-to place for laundry during the 5 months we stayed in Vegas while my husband was working. From the hectic moment we walked in, bedraggled from a long 4 day drive to the day before we left to finally go back home, the owners Lloyd and Maritza made us feel like part of their family. The kindness towards our whole family and true customer care and service made our stay much more enjoyable. Beyond the wonderful people who always went above and beyond were the machines that actually did the job. No bad smells left over, just fresh and clean clothes and linens. I liked the system of rechargeable laundry cards used or the laundry app. Never had to worry about having enough quarters, or having extra change weighing me down after. If we are ever in Vegas again, we know where we are going even if it is only to stop and say hello to our new friends! read more

Fresh & Clean Laundry Service saved me so much time! I had nearly three weeks' worth of laundry that would have taken me at least three loads and half the day to wash and dry at home. Thanks to their large-capacity machines, I was able to get it all done in a single load, and the machines were incredibly easy to use. A special thank you to Marissa, who went above and beyond to help me get a chocolate stain out of my favorite pastel pink sweatshirt. I don't often leave reviews but this is so deserving of all the compliments!!! Our travels were interrupted when our car broke down and we've been living out of a hotel for several days so it was time to do laundry. Based on other reviews, I came to Fresh and Clean Laundromat. I was not disappointed!! First, Lloyd!!! What an amazing man and owner. He walked me through everything and was so friendly. We chatted while I waited for my loads to complete and he is so genuine and compassionate. He eagerly welcomed all customers and even went out to their cars with baskets to help bring their loads inside. This place just opened, and I was seriously impressed. It was spotless, and wow--laundromats have come a long way from what I remember. The technology here is totally up to date. They even have a huge washer that holds up to 13.5 loads, and it fit all of my clothes in one machine! Loyd was extremely helpful, and so was another staff member whose name I didn't catch--she patiently walked us through how to get a card, load money onto it, and use every single machine. Nothing felt confusing or rushed. To top it off, Loyd helped me walk my carts of clothes all the way to my car. That level of customer service really stood out. My washer at home stopped working.. so off to the laundromat...this place is very clean ! very cool inside ( temp) very affordable. Lloyd ( the gentleman ) that works there helped us tremendously..... They also have everything in stock that you would need ...various laundry, soaps, various fabric, softeners, cleaners, bleach, etc... different types of washing ... They vary from two loads to six loads to eight loads all the way up to 13.5 load machines. you can buy laundry card or you can download the app and do everything digitally... 1st time coming in here. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Not only was this the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to we were greeted immediately by Lloyd who was so friendly and helpful. He showed us where everything was helped us get our laundry both to and from the car. The machines are top of the line!! Great experience from start to finish. Prices were great too. First off, the machines are immaculate and almost all of them work perfectly! I didn't see a single "Out of Order" sign the entire time I was there (which is unheard of). The washers are powerful (they actually get clothes clean in one cycle), and the dryers are fast and reasonably priced. Large-load and extra-large machines are available, which was a lifesaver for my king-size comforter. read more

Lloyd is amazing ! As soon as I hit the door he helped get a basket for my laundry and showed me the ropes and how to use the machines. Btw I have a (California King weighted blanket) and the machines can fit it and some. Crazy not gonna lie. But thank you Lloyd for what you do and your service to your community. Amazingly quick and efficient washers and dryers. I washed 10 loads, including double and triple loads of towels and bedding, and finished in less than 1.5 hours. Washed, dried and folded! My first time here. The place is very clean. The service was great. Marisa saw me struggling with my 3 blankets and helped me carry them inside. She also showed me how to use the app and the machines. She even helped me fold up my blankets and had someone help me carry them out. I've never had such great customer service. This is probably one of the best laundromats in town! The owners are so kinds and friendly, the space is kept very clean and lively. Their machines wash my laundry really fast, and they always end up super clean. This place is very clean and the owner is very friendly and always helpful. This place uses the app "LaundryCat" for payment. In the app all you have to do is "add funds" using Apple wallet, and you are able to pay for the washing machines! In the app you are also able to track the time left on the specific machine you purchased. Very cool system! read more

I needed to clean my comforter and stumbled upon this gem of a business. The owner is a lovely human being. The machines are huge and work very efficiently. They did away with all coins and you can pay via app. I love the the updated technology making this process very fast and efficient.
