Here is what happened; 3 new jeans (shrunk) 2 new shirts (shrunk) 1 new shirt (lost) 1 shirt that did not belong to me. Dropped off 6 pieces of clothing, when I picked them up they gave me someone else's shirt, so I return it, they disagreed with me and told me the shirt belonged to me, basically calling me a liar, (instead of saying thank you for returning someone else's shirt) Shrunk 5 pieces of clothing by washing them, then denied that they washed them, I showed her the tag connected to the plastic, she said that tag means nothing, they were dry cleaned, basically calling me a liar again. They lost one of my shirts, they still can't find it. When I ask what are they going to do about shrinking my clothes and the missing shirt she said maybe those clothes still fit you, calling me a liar again. If we can't find your missing shirt then a store credit but we need more time. I am not confrontational at all but I expected a simple (I am sorry we will give you a store credit for our mistake.) I would still be a customer. Instead they charged me for all 6 items including the shirt that did not belong to me and lost my shirt. It's not about the money or ruining my new clothes, it is the disrespectful way I was treated for their mistake.
