First of all when I would walk in, I saw this girl working really hard cleaning the machines her name was Krista. I walked up to her. She was amazing with customer service. I asked her some questions about where to get soap and she said if you go into the store and ask for free soap, they'll give it to you or you could buy other soap there she had a smile, and it was very intuitive, because I don't know my way around laundry mats and said if she could help me with anything else let me know and as I continue sitting here and watching her work really hard. The Orleans hotel don't have a laundry area. So I yelped around and found this place. This place is clean and is connected to a small convenience store. The bathroom is very clean, you have to ask for the key from the cashier, in the convenience store. Make sure you lock it so it stays clean and clean up after yourself. 24 Hours. Well maintained. I come here before NOON on a WEEKDAY (preferably T-Th) to do my laundry. It's never busy during that time. It's clean, fare priced, and not far from my place. It is also attached to a small convenience store where I get quarters. In the store there are a few gambling machines to help pass time while I wait for my laundry to finish. There are lots of washers, dryers and metal rolling baskets to use. They have an oversized counter for folding laundry. !!!! Be careful !!!! DONT COME HERE There is no manager working EVER There was only 20 mins left on my clothes to finish drying. I went to my car and had a smoke break. When I got back, I noticed one of the dryers I was using didn't have my clothes. Immediately asked the employee working if they could check the footage. They said to come back in the morning when a manager is available. I came back 5 different times and still they said there wasn't a manager working and couldn't help me. I would have appreciated it if they would have been able to help and see who stole my clothes so they could look out for them in the future. I am SO incredibly impressed with this laundromat and their delivery service. I live in a rental community that has a terrible new maintenance team that refuses to fix my washing machine or contact me (please see my other reviews to see a rental property you should AVOID!) and after 3 weeks of promises for a fixed washing machine, I had to find someone to help with my laundry. I filled out a yelp request and within literal minutes (maybe seconds!) I got a response! They offered wash and fold pick up and delivery and were willing to pick it up TODAY and deliver it in the morning! But wait! It gets better! They arrived within 30 minutes to pick up my laundry, AND as we were figuring out how I could pay if I were at work in the morning, he agreed to call me with the total so I could pay over the phone AND return the clothes around 10. But wait, it gets even better--he returned my CLEAN FOLDED clothes by 9!! The quick responses, great customer service and flexibility will have me as a repeat customer until my washer is fixed (and let's be honest, probably after!) 10/10 would recommend this service! read more

2nd Laundromat in Vegas let's get into the review! Well, one thing I have established is that I should own a laundromat business because this is an absolute low maintenance cash cow!! Compared to two other laundromats, I have just recently done reviews for the washing machines at this location is definitely on the high end. The larger washers are $9.25, Med or Mid $7.50 and to be honest, I didn't even look at the small. I actually think the dryers are on the higher side too because yesterday I only paid a dollar for 20 minutes and these were $1.75 and there is only one size dryer to choose from . the positive thing is your clothes will dry relatively quick and if you do have a second load, you need to put in and use the time. I don't like the fact that they have a downer that takes away about three minutes of dry time, especially for heavier items, such as blankets and towels. Another thing is that can be paid directly with a credit card or debit card so you don't have to worry about getting changed or popping in a bunch of quarters which means if you do need several machines at one time you can basically get them all started at the same time . Location, auntie market and you can buy washing supplies there. It seems as though the attendee at the store also manages the washer and dryers and everything else is pretty self-explanatory. . As far as safety, I didn't have any issues didn't seem to have any concerns. Overall a good location and clean. read more

One little tweak though, they added "tap to pay" to all the machines and it looks like most if not all were swapped out for newer models. You can still get quarters over at the attached store but also credit card, e-wallets and those SpyderWash prepaid cards work at the machines now. Today my first time visiting laundry mat, I went to other places that only accept coin, that I don't bring change, this one has swipe card and coin option, came after 11.30 am still quite. My laundry load I chose big size 7,25 25 minutes wash, there are other small and medium washer too and dried only 1 option size I think. Convenient store has laundry detergent small bottles to buy, they have coffee, pizza slices, while you waited. Seems busy after noon, more people came and washing. My washer broke and the new washer won't be delivered and installed until August 5th so I came here today! The washers and dryers are really big and good quality and very easy to use! They take card and contactless pay which was VERY convenient as most laundromats are cash/coin only. They had big countertops for folding, waiting tables and seats, baskets that roll with a hanging rack, and even a mini mart next door with snacks and drinks and laundry supplies! Robert the employee at the time was VERY helpful and friendly and was a joy to talk to while I was there!!! Such a kind hearted individual! Thank you Robert! I've never really had to use a laundromat so I was pretty green on this subject. My hubby and I were cleaning house and noticed the beds we have for our 4 dachshunds were in desperate need of a good cleaning! I wasn't really crazy about using my everyday washer for this task - what to do? It was kinda late by now, but we're used to staying up late so I started looking for a 24 hour laundromat. Very few to choose from; then I saw Wizard of suds. The reviews were pretty great so we decided to give it a try. Kinda funny, but we actually had a really fun time. There are many high volume washing machines and dryers. We weren't really sure what the cost would be at first so we brought a lot of change. I think I may have paid about $7 for the washing, but am not sure of the dryer price. Anyway I felt pretty good about the price, location and the job the washer did. We were there probably close to midnight. There were only a couple other people there doing their laundry and keeping to themselves and the people they were with. Hubby and I sat down at the table in there and enjoyed an uninterrupted conversation (no doxies around ... lol). Before we knew it, our little "out of the ordinary" night was coming to an end. We packed up our freshly laundered doggie beds and headed home. What a great idea hubby had and what a clean, fun, unusual night we had. It's clean enough. But often during busy times, it's practically impossible to get a cart to transfer laundry. Little old ladies stand guard over the carts they've claimed for the duration of their visit. And tonight. One of the employees used FOUR of them at once to restock drinks in the mini mart.
