This was our second negative experience using these systems. The first time was when we had a scheduled appointment and needed to cancel. There is no way to cancel on the app. We called and left a message stating that we needed to cancel with more than 24 hour notice and was charged a $50 fee anyway. The second negative experience was when we showed up at 6:45 Saturday's for a. Walk in appointment. And couldn't get the app to work when it opened at 7:00. We needed to restart the app and at 7:10 we were already 11th in line. This is not how things should work. We will not be returning to this shop.
