I waited too long and urgently needed some blinds cleaned for Christmas but they had already stopped the on-site service because of the cold. However they gave me the option of dropping off my blinds - and cleaned them and fixed some hardware issues in only two days! Fresh blinds did a great job cleaning my blinds! Faux wood blinds in white look brand new. Victor came and took all blinds down, and brought back and rehung a few days later. Very easy to schedule service/ Samantha calls and texts with info and updates. Would use this company again! read more

I contacted the Ypsilianti/Ann Arbor store. Samantha was incredibly rude to me on the phone. I went to explain about the blinds being older, metal blinds but I wasn't sure of the age of them. Samantha didn't even want to give me chance to find out the age. She was all jacked up and went off on me saying they don't clean 25 year old blinds they could come apart and they can't get parts for them. Did I mention how RUDE SAMANTHA was to me on the phone, then she hung up on me without giving me a chance to say another word. Very poor customer service skills SAM. read more
