Plus when you shop here you're really shopping small, because most of what they carry falls into that category. I just talked to somebody in customer service who told me that they cannot service it because they did not move it to my new hone. I asked her what I should have done and her response was to call Arhaus and ask how to move the table. That is the dumbest response I have ever heard! So according to her thinking I need to call each individual furniture company to find out how to move each piece of furniture in my home. She did however give me the name of the company that Arhaus refers to for issues after the item was moved by someone else. Also, the manager of the store where we purchased the table told me to call customer service and there wouldn't be any problem since it's still under warranty. I'm not blaming the manager at this store. They need to train their staff properly too.

When we heard it was sadly closing down at the end of the year, we made a special trip just to stop in here. It's a beautiful store with more than just gardening supplies. We picked up some toys for our cats as well as some Christmas ornaments and postcards as memorabilia. And I especially love how despite Luis the store cat passing away over 10 years ago, you can still find lots of references to him around the store. Really wish there was a way to save this place. :(

But these days I also add national parks merch, gear for my dogs, holiday decor, kitchen gadgets and cookbooks and, perhaps most exciting for a Polish broad like myself, a variety of Polish pottery pieces. In the spring and summer months I can be found perusing peony bulbs for my garden, hummingbird feeders, bird seed and squirrel proof bird feeders, planters, plants/starters for my veggie garden, pest control and fertilizers, plus a variety of lawn decor and sculpture pieces, etc. Some things can be kind of pricey but you truly get what you pay for. Even after years out in the elements everything I've bought for my yard here is still in amazing condition, my plants from here always yield the most delicious fruits and veggies, and the little birdies are so happy with the snacks we provide them from their bins.

They have great selections of pretty much everything. They are very helpful, and know what they are doing, the designers have excellent taste. You can go full service and have them install or use your own installer. They are higher end, so be aware that, but the quality is all around is what you are paying for. I love coming here in the summer to find garden decor like lawn stakes, planters, and decor like solar lawn gnomes and the like. They also have a great selection of umbrellas and cushions for outdoor furniture. And if you need the furniture frames, they have that too. From sectional couches to single seats, lounge chairs and more. Prices are pretty good, too. It's not the most high end stuff but things I've bought for my yard are going into year 3 now and have held up pretty darn well during the various swings of Michigan weather. All that said, there's just something about this location that doesn't feel as polished as the other ones I've been do. It's always empty, not just of employees on the floor but also shoppers. I often feel like I'm the only one there. Some of the stock is a bit lighter than other stores, (though it still dwarfs other big box stores when it comes to home goods), etc. But overall, it's still my go to when I need containers to organize my pantry, need a new throw rug, or just want to refresh the decor in the house.

I purchased 3 separate Lee Industry items from 3 chairs to help support a local business. When the…read moreitems arrived, the bed was delivered without the hardware so it was unable to be installed (to note delivery and installation was an extra fee from 3 Chairs). After waiting almost a week for the hardware to arrive (which was supposedly "expedited"), my husband had to go to the hardware store himself and find parts that would work and install it. I asked for some sort of refund since I paid for delivery and installation and was told that this was not possible. The Lee sofa slip cover arrived with what appeared to be a stain on it. I notified them immediately and was told to "take it to the cleaners and I would get the cleaning fee reimbursed". After, wasting time doing all this, I found out that this was a textile imperfection and could not be fixed. I again reached out to the store, and was told to "bring it in and that they would send it back and I eventually would receive a replacement", instead of trying to fix the problem and just sending me a new one immediately once notified of this issue. Then, to place the cherry on the top, the custom Lee accent chair that I also purchased came with the wrong fill, which I paid extra for. At least, Lee was able to send me the correct one (after almost a month after receiving all the furniture). After many discussions, I asked for some sort of reimbursement for the defective slip cover for the couch, installation and hardware I had to purchase and completed myself, as well as the time wasted going back and forth to the cleaners to find out it was a textile error and the only way this was to be replaced was if I took it to the store and waited weeks for a new one. NOTHING was offered from 3 Chairs or Lee (as per 3 Chairs since I cannot speak to Lee directly), leaving a very nasty taste in my mouth, especially after spending more than $12,000 on furniture at Three Chairs, which I though was a high end, reputable store. I will never buy anything from there again.

I wish this place had Weetabix, but they no longer carry it, and due to the viral trend, they are sold out all over. I loved the variety of interesting foods. I would come back for some of the candy and other food items. They also have some interesting home good items for sale, like a yakatori grill, couches, etc... The people working here were extremely friendly and chipper. The only issue I have is that their prices are higher than most places that sell the same products, so I would not come here for items like Buldak noodles unless you really cannot find them elsewhere. Some silky texture some velvet.As he tried to try on one the belt is tied in a million knots ...You cannot get out.I dont lnow who toed theses knots but its very tacky...I fell in love with 3 robes , We purchased them.Forgetting about the knots in the mens robe..But we purhased the womens robes...Well i get home and he wants me to model each robe...Im so excited I pull them out and startto put on ....But I cant ..Because its tied in huge intricate knots ....I try to use my fingets and nails to get out Once I get one level ofk ot out ...Another huge multi knot appears after 30 mins!!!!! I finally get the knots out of the belt ...then to notice another set of Japanese style bondage type tied knots inside robe on the interior inside tie ,Thats keeps robe closed snug ..This and all the robes each took me almost 2 HOURS !!!! To get set free...We are so furious and disappointed.. One for them putting theses knots in there in the first place ,And second ruining my night of play and dress up.These robes were over $170 dollars for all three.But the pain of disecting those knots was ridiculous. I will be forwarding this complaint to corporate..If they are putting the knots , They should remove them before you purchase!! I wasted 2 hours on those knots .I am not happy about that...Be warned!!
