Really impressed! Made with real ingredients not packed with artificial stuff. The protein is literally tasteless, I hate the taste of all protein products! Have tried so many bars, shakes, and other random products they make like chips / cookies... literally everything. And the large is 30 grams of protein so it's a WIN for me. The 2 very sweet girls working were wonderful also! They explained everything & I had a series of questions they were so helpful with explaining and I can tell they knew about their products! Amazing freshly made shakes with so many options. I love that they are protein and lower sugar focused. My absolute favorite so far is the Chunky Monkey. Chocolate Protein, Peanut Butter, Banana , milk or whatever your jam is and so much more all topped with a sugar free chocolate drizzle. Fun and super nice employees. My daughter and I are so happy that we tried the protein shakes at Fresh Monkee. We were greeted with such a friendly welcome and some Monkee Ballz to sample when we entered. The Monkee Ballz were delicious. There were so many unique Protein Shakes to choose from on the large menu. We really enjoyed the Blueberry Pie and the Chunkee Monkee shakes, and were happy that the shakes were low sugar, high fiber and high protein. We look forward to trying some of the other shakes next time. The photo op wall and stuffed animal monkeys are so cute too. They even have Puppy Shakes for dogs, so I will bring my puppy with me next time too. read more

This is the best protein smoothie spot around! The flavors and add in options are unmatched and the owner/manager is so friendly and nice while not being overbearing and the staff is always so sweet i went in today and the smoothie barista Stephanie was beyond sweet! They have a whole nutrition list on their wall so you don't have to be guessing your macros and the rewards system is great I've only been in there a handful full of times and I've gotten 5 dollars off almost every time I'm there and I get a free tote bag on my next order! I've been wanting to check this place out and finally got the chance tonight. The inside is cute, clean, and inviting. The young girl working the front tonight was SO kind and helpful! She has great customer service. I got the orange cream protein shake and my friend got the maui colada. They tasted so fresh and hit the spot! I got a sample of the monkee ballz and they were delicious!! I'll definitely be ordering some next time I come. They offer 10% off to crunch members which is nice. This little place opened up near my Crunch- great tactic of offering 10% off to Crunch members. This made a great incentive to get my 14 year old to the gym with me. Staff was friendly, ingredients fresh, and interior clean. LOTS of options!! We got a Chocolate Strawberry option. Only 4 stars as it is a bit pricey. I've been seeing signs for this spot outside of the gym and finally decided to give it a try. I will definitely be craving the Monkee now! The service was amazing, they were very helpful with my decision and allowed me to adjust what I wanted. They encouraged me to try my smoothie before leaving to make sure I didn't need anything changed. They also gave me a sample of their protein peanut butter balls which I will be dreaming about. I just went here for the first time and smoothies, especially with protein can be hit or miss. The shop is very cute in appearance. I made my order then an employee asked if I liked the Chunky Monkey smoothie order. When I stated it was a bit on the bland side, she instantly took it back and asked what she could add to it to make it better for me. She added 1/2 of peanut butter and 1/2 banana! It tastes just like the Ben & Jerry's ice cream (just not artificial). I did not get her name but she definitely cares for her customers! Visited Fresh Monkey in Palm Harbor twice after my workouts at Crunch Gym. The protein filled Monkey Ballz taste awesome and the shakes I have had are excellent. I do not use sugar at home so the reduced sugar content with the high protein is a draw. Sophia and Lila were behind the counter and provided great service with genuine humor and style.
