It came out quickly and quite colorful. This bowl was ok but about 60 percent of it was quinoa and rice, and I would say maybe 15 percent was salmon and the rest were the fillings and toppings. I didn't really need the sauce which I don't love the flavors of. I just wish there had been more fish, but I think it was barely there. Ambiance is fine and clean and colorful.
