The house is large and it was full of dust and dog hair. Matthew and his team spent over six hours doing a deep clean on the upstairs three bedrooms and two bathrooms. They also worked on the formal living and dining rooms. In the kitchen, the stove was scrubbed to sparkling brand new. They will be returning to finish the job that was bigger than we all thought and coming back biweekly to keep it maintained. I am grateful to know that my parents' house will be taken care of. It's a huge weight off of my shoulders because I live far away and I'm not able to spend as much time as needed to keep the house in shape.

The owner is really attentive and professional and even comes out to do the first job personally. I requested a deep cleaning (walls, floors, fridge, stove, closets) because my apartment was previously neglected by the tenant and property manager prior to me moving in and I felt it needed to be disinfected and sanitized. I had also lived in it for 1.5 months and had 4 dogs so I needed my carpets cleaned. I believe the job took 4 hours to complete, but it was really at its worst. My normal cleanings take 2 hours without all the extras. They did an excellent job! Everything was as requested or better! The carpet smelled amazing and looked new! They're quick, pay attention to detail and very hardworking! And I'm a veteran, so I was given a military discount. Which I appreciate because a lot of establishments/businesses in PA don't offer that discount for those who have sacrificed for the freedoms of others. As long as I'm in PA, I'm using this company. Marie Page quoted us $85.00 to clean the house, then attempted to bill us at a rate of $126. This is a very unprofessional and unethical company and I would never recommend them. When we cancelled the service and requested that our key be returned, they refused to send it back and we had to change our locks and incur additional expense.
