I'm new to Houston and moved from NY less than 2 months ago. In my move, one of the most nerve…read morewracking concerns was where I'd be able to get my nails done, but luckily I've found my people! From my nail tech Hayley, to Marlina at the front desk, to Cella herself, I've had an amazing experience so far. I've only been twice so far, but already know I don't ever want to take my business elsewhere. The first time I got a luminary overlay set with gel polish and the second time I got a fill in with gel polish as well. They didn't chip or lift for FIVE WEEKS. Hayley did the cutest designs, was very meticulous, and is all about the customer experience. The whole salon is, really... did I mention they offer complimentary mimosas?! I cannot stress enough how satisfied with the work they do and their customer service. They're in the process of onboarding some amazing new nail techs as well. I saw some of their work and was blown away. If you haven't tried Cella's Nail Salon yet, you're missing out!

I came in again today with my mom, and we were helped by Anna and Linda. They both did an incredible job! Anna was especially so sweet, patient, and attentive. She had such a positive attitude, made us feel welcome, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. You can tell she truly cares about providing excellent customer service. Linda was also wonderful and very helpful throughout our visit. Every time I come here, I leave impressed by the outstanding service. Thank you, Anna and Linda, for making another visit such a great experience!

On Yelp.. you rarely fail me .. but this salon should definitely be less than what it is rated…read more We are from California-- so we know expensive nails, but never ever have I paid this much for myself and kid manis and pedis. Everything at this salon has an add charge that was not explained or noted prior to the service. So it is what it is.. is the attitude. The techs were mostly fine-- though both girls needed their finger fixed multiple times. The designs were not done correctly, it was a whole thing. There wasn't much that could physically be done to make it right because it was closing and the techs left. But the guys at the front desk were less than helpful and basically tried to convince me the cost of the supplies is what warranted the +$15 +$20 +$10. A $5 discount for an outing that was suppose to be memorable for two little girls was ruined when they couldn't execute the SIMPLE vision and then the solution was "it is what it is". If you come here on the regular, I applaud you for navigating the system. As a new comer we are definitely a once and never again.

One thing I don't like is for u to keep asking me about the services when u know it's already expensive. I would never pay this on a normal day however, my 2year anniversary is coming up so I only did it for that day. I prefer to paint my own nails and save money sorry. Services: I had to ask do they offer beverages and I chose a Diet Coke. I asked for a straw too. Smh. I do want to point out that the ladies were gentle and that's what I'm looking for. Atmosphere: It was peaceful and they played tranquil music. They had TVs but they were not on. I used the massage chair at the last minute and it felt ok.

I walked in for a mani and pedi and asked for a classic French. I loved how my toes turned out, but…read moreI was really disappointed with the results on my hands. The French tips were super thick, and my cuticles were cut way too much. I let the nail tech know I wasn't happy and even showed her my thumbs -- she only fixed one nail and ended up cutting my thumbs shorter than the rest of my nails, which really hurt because they were my natural nails. When I went to pay, the total was $111. I didn't leave a tip because I genuinely wasn't happy with the service. I told the lady at the front that I would come back later because I wasn't satisfied, and she was incredibly kind and apologetic. Meanwhile, the nail tech who did my nails just stood in the back sipping her Stanley, watching me -- it felt so petty and unprofessional. When I came back, someone else was at the front. I explained the issue, and the nail tech who originally did my nails came and just stood beside him while I was talking, which honestly felt like she was trying to intimidate me. Thankfully, the man at the front sat me down and fixed everything -- and I was really happy with the final result. But honestly, it wasn't just about the nails. What hurt the most was the lack of care and the way I was treated by the first nail tech. I left in tears. I wish I had gotten her name, but the experience left a really bad impression. Service matters, and kindness goes a long way -- especially in this kind of industry. I'll upload pictures of the before and after And the cuts may not seem bad but my cuticles HURT anytime they touch water
