One thing I don't like is for u to keep asking me about the services when u know it's already expensive. I would never pay this on a normal day however, my 2year anniversary is coming up so I only did it for that day. I prefer to paint my own nails and save money sorry. Services: I had to ask do they offer beverages and I chose a Diet Coke. I asked for a straw too. Smh. I do want to point out that the ladies were gentle and that's what I'm looking for. I walked in for a mani and pedi and asked for a classic French. I loved how my toes turned out, but I was really disappointed with the results on my hands. The French tips were super thick, and my cuticles were cut way too much. I let the nail tech know I wasn't happy and even showed her my thumbs -- she only fixed one nail and ended up cutting my thumbs shorter than the rest of my nails, which really hurt because they were my natural nails. When I went to pay, the total was $111. I didn't leave a tip because I genuinely wasn't happy with the service. I told the lady at the front that I would come back later because I wasn't satisfied, and she was incredibly kind and apologetic. Meanwhile, the nail tech who did my nails just stood in the back sipping her Stanley, watching me -- it felt so petty and unprofessional. When I came back, someone else was at the front. I explained the issue, and the nail tech who originally did my nails came and just stood beside him while I was talking, which honestly felt like she was trying to intimidate me. Thankfully, the man at the front sat me down and fixed everything -- and I was really happy with the final result. But honestly, it wasn't just about the nails. What hurt the most was the lack of care and the way I was treated by the first nail tech. I left in tears. I wish I had gotten her name, but the experience left a really bad impression. Service matters, and kindness goes a long way -- especially in this kind of industry. I cannot wait to come back here! Miss Tina and Vicky were incredible! They deserve extreme recognition. I have never been more impressed with my acrylics. Miss Tina made sure each nail was identical to one another and took extra care with each step. I got my pedicure done by Miss Vicky who gladly helped me decide which color I should get and did not hesitate to grab another one when I did not like the one I previously selected. These stars are for Johnny, ask for him! I've had other ladies do my nails at this location but Johnny is hands down the best. I always get full set colored powder nails and they last almost a month without any lifting or breaking. The prices are a little high but you get what you pay for and this guy is worth it. If you have a request of how you like your nails done whether it's shape, length, or thickness, don't be afraid to ask! He speaks English well and will gladly make you happy. read more

Normally I love this place and the pedicures I have gotten, but this time I got dip nails. My first time and I'm pretty sure this is not how it's supposed to look. They started cracking after a day and this is what they look like after a week. Not a fan. I'll stick to pedicures only. I came here after having multiple bad nail experiences, I went in to get new color powder nails. They were very nice and accommodating, I highly recommend Nancy, I really don't know much about nails and she helped me figure out what I wanted. I wanted pink but a darker more natural tone and she brought me multiple to choose from, even asked if I wanted glitter or shine. She took her time and made sure it looked natural and fixed any mistakes she saw. I'm in love with them! Called first to see if this place is as overpriced for acrylic fills as others I had already called on in the area, since I don't live in the area and was going back to the city I work out of, I really wanted to get this done now... The price was right ($28) and they could see me within the hour... The gentleman was very nice and I recognized him By his voice when he greeted me at the door! It was Tracy that did my fills, she was very efficient, followed my directions as to how I wanted them filed, and did a very good buff and polish... No ridges, and smoothie polish finish! The place was really jumping, had a lot of pedicure customers as well... First time customer and it's going to be a NO for me. I yelped then and called to see if they do walk-ins "YES". I walk and asked for a full set and pedicure. I asked a woman how much for the nails asked someone else they said $30.00 i said gel polish as well she said $45.00 i replied ok. Pedicure water was ice cold i asked for extra hot the woman acted as if she didn't want to touch my feet and they were clean and well manicured only thing I asked was could she even my toenail out 1 is long 1 is super short and I have a ingrown toenail. Then a woman walks up and looks at my nails and I said will you be doing my nails she said yes the got her tray and started. To each is own but I don't like having to services at once in a nail salon. I had figure out how to turn on the massage chair. Nails and feet are done at the same time but my feet are wet bc I usually get regular polish toes and then they dry as I get my nails done remind you there were only 3 other customers their. Even during my pedicure I received 2 hot towels so she opens one and wrapped one leg then she was so catch up in being in the nail lady conversation she forgot my other towel i said excuse me can I have my towel hot please... my nails were so thin there see threw. Long story short I go to leave and I get my total and I asked for a break down how much for my nails he said $50 (pictures shown) we started from $25 listed on there website all I received was full acrylic set with gel the rude man said the length she should have told you was an additional $5 I said I asked to see a price list and was told they don't have one. There was a nail tech i knew from the original place i went to before my nail tech moved out of state said to him i never had any trouble or problems were i was going and tipped great. I paid and left. It was my birthday what a way to start it off. I don't mind spending money but don't lie about pricing and give trashy services.. The customer service is horrific. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted. I informed them of my choices after signing in and Chris got to work right away. He informed me of the difference between dip and powder nails. I wasn't aware of a difference but he informed me. He did a great job and was holding a conversation with me, which I enjoyed. I will be returning to this location soon. read more

Full disclosure: I'm not someone who gets my nails done very often, so I usually just get a Shellac mani/pedi. But I'm going to a wedding next Friday and I figured, well, I better try my best. I went to Lauberge Nail Spa today as a walk-in and the two men in the front were very helpful! I told them that I wanted a manicure and pedicure for a wedding, they partnered me up with Nikki (Vicky? I'm sorry if I got your name wrong! I kept saying Nikki and no one corrected me.) and Theresa who were just so much fun to work with. Theresa and Nikki asked why I was getting a mani/pedi after I told them that I don't do this very often. I explained that I was going to a wedding and Theresa asked about what I was planning on wearing and spent time to get me colors that would compliment my dress! I was so impressed. I asked Nikki which specialty pedicure she would recommend because I just want to relax after working 3 shifts in a row at the hospital. She suggested the cucumber or green tea and I went with cucumber. I felt so relaxed and they asked about me and where I'm from and all that jazz. Theresa is hilarious! She kept me so comfortable the whole time and she's so bubbly and charismatic. She did a color swatch of all the colors she recommended that way I could see which one I would like best. She was also really gentle with my hands and cuticles. My pedicure was so nice and Nikki's massage was so good for the price. Nikki is so easygoing with me as a customer and is so patient with explaining what she is doing and alternatives to colors. I feel like she went above and beyond than what people expect but I feel they really took their time and not rushed at all. I felt like I got my money's worth. I'm just a simple girl with simple nails and I don't want or need anything fancy. I just really go for a relaxing atmosphere and good company and Lauberge provided that and then some. I made an appointment for this past Saturday at 1:15 to get a shellac manicure & pedicure. They were extremely busy when I walked in, and I was asked to wait (understandable). There were 3 other individuals waiting when I walked in. I needed to be out of there by 3 which the gentleman at the front indicated should be no issue. I was a bit frustrated that I had to wait an additional 15-30 minutes considering I had made an appointment..however, I still made it out in time without feeling like they rushed through things so I'm not going to dock a star for that. It's more of an awareness thing. The pedicure was great (massage chairs felt amazing and had some good strength behind them). Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the lady who did my pedicure but all of their staff seemed friendly/engaged with the customers. Sophia did my nails and she did a fantastic job. I typically do my own shellac at home because I'm very particular, but I decided to treat myself. I was not disappointed. In fact, I might forgo doing my own nails for a bit because I was that impressed. The spa was clean and I did witness employees sanitizing stations as guests left. I will be driving the extra 15 minutes often just to get EVERYTHING done here I came in just to get my nails taken off and was immediately greeted by the easy-on-the-eyes, charismatic yet professional co-owner Peter who sat me down immediately and got Me(forgive me if I'm spelling your name wrong) to start working on my nails ASAP. She was quick, efficient and helped me through the process when I obviously had no clue what I was doing. Throughout my entire experience, every nail tech in that building had either smiled or said hello to me at least once and it really made me feel welcome. Once I was all finished Peter & Me rang me in and Ti (another worker who's name I probably misspelled again) came up and was just so happy and friendly I just had to add her to my review. If 3 1/2 was an option, that's what I would give this salon. The people working there are nice, good customer service. They do well with the COVID restrictions. They take your temperature when you walk in, make you wash your hands, and the safe guard between you and the nail tech. I went in for a full set. I told her I wanted them pink like 2 to 3 times. She did them clear. The design is good, it's what I wanted. I like that the nails are kind of thin. I've been to many different nail salons, and alot of them make the nails very thick, hate that. The nail shapes are cool. Like maybe 2 of my nails are filed too much to 1 side, looks crooked but, it's not that bad. Would I visit this place again? Maybe, I wouldn't say never. read more

I have to give it to this place. This salon is by far the BEST place in summerwood area to get your nails done. Kristine is fabulous at doing SNS dip. I would recommend going to her. The owner, Peter, is very friendly and eager to please. I haven't had a pedicure yet but I am looking forward to going back and getting one.
