I'm new to Houston and moved from NY less than 2 months ago. In my move, one of the most nerve wracking concerns was where I'd be able to get my nails done, but luckily I've found my people! From my nail tech Hayley, to Marlina at the front desk, to Cella herself, I've had an amazing experience so far. I've only been twice so far, but already know I don't ever want to take my business elsewhere. The first time I got a luminary overlay set with gel polish and the second time I got a fill in with gel polish as well. They didn't chip or lift for FIVE WEEKS. Hayley did the cutest designs, was very meticulous, and is all about the customer experience. The whole salon is, really... did I mention they offer complimentary mimosas?! I cannot stress enough how satisfied with the work they do and their customer service. They're in the process of onboarding some amazing new nail techs as well. I met Hayley at another nail salon, she was always friendly and bubbly, immediately fell in love with her ! Not only is her personality amazing but her work is beautiful too! Once she told me she offered luminary nails, i never looked back. my nails are healthier than ever. The salon is super girly and modern! Initially had an issue with this establishment, but when the manager took it upon herself to call me and personally apologize for the mixup, I was definitely pleased. I would definitely recommend this establishment being that they offers great customer service (which is everything)!. No one wants to spend their hard earned money in any establishment that does not appreciate them. This nail studio definitely values each and every client that walks through that door. Offering a discount doesn't always fix the issue, but taking the time out to acknowledge the clients experience weighs a lot more. I would 100% recommend this place. read more

I love this place. Everyone is so so nice, my nails always look amazing, and they're really great about getting me in for appointments. It's such a cute salon and the vibes are great. I always bring in a picture and Linda makes it happen for me. Everything is always on point. Shape, length, design, everything. Every time we visit Cella's the women are fabulous! One of my children gets "the best pedicure ever" according to her and the other always gets her nails done the way she loves. My children are treated well and not like an annoyance. The women take their time with them when we make appointments, if we are walk ins I try not to go when they are super busy because it's a small shop. My nails are always just what I want. I was able to get an appointment the next day. They offered me a drink, I opted for a nice cold bottled water. My nails took about 2 hours but they came out to perfection so it was worth the wait. They really listened to my wants and needs as a client and didn't treat me as of o was difficult. The atmosphere is modern chic and the massage chair was a nice touch. Everyone was kind and polite. I made an appointment for 1:30 and paid the 20% deposit over the phone. They called me back a few minutes later and said they made a mistake and asked me to come at 2:30. I couldn't as I am traveling from out of town and couldn't go that late. There was nothing they could do but refund me for their mistake. I know it was a last minute appointment but I lost an appointment at another nail salon when I found this one was closer to my hotel. It was a mistake but i think they should have figured out. Especially because they took a deposit. It doesn't matter if they refund, this is the first nail salon I have been too that requires a deposit so I expected better. Super disappointed. read more

Received a full set done by the owner herself, Cella and a pedi by the amazing Melanie! They were my top picks for my first visit to the studio and I was super lucky to end up serviced by both. They were both very meticulous and super gentle. I didn't feel like I had to hover or be too observant of their processes. I'm very particular about my nails and they BOTH delivered beautiful results. Cella has an amazing team there and they all make you feel so welcome and comfortable. First off... I never write reviews like this unless I'm extremely annoyed by the service and felt this was the worst way I could have spent my time and money. To start, the parking situation is a nightmare as it is attached to a gas station. There are only 2 or 3 spots by the door or you'll have to park across by the other shopping center across the lot near other businesses. When I called and asked if being a walk in or booking an appt was best, I was told to book an appt to avoid waiting. The girl also said a deposit was required for the appt and would go towards my service, I later find out at check out that this was not the case. Had I known that, I would have just walked in or honestly went elsewhere. I'm not into being lied to or feeling robbed. There are a bunch of older ladies who can't do designs and they can't get the shapes that you want. The lady I had kept stopping and getting up, which was annoying because they're just talking loudly to one another the whole time. Then because she couldn't get the shape I wanted, she started talking in Spanish to another "tech" and they're all looking annoyed. Don't tell me you can do designs and you obviously cannot and at this point we are too far into the set for me to just leave. I had to completely change what I wanted TWICE because she couldn't do ANY designs when I specifically asked for a tech who can over the phone. I was gaslighted and told that all the techs can do any designs. The price definitely doesn't match the quality of the work. Cella is very nice and tried to help the tech, but she needs to seriously consider getting younger staff who can actually do nails that appeal to the younger generations. Or maybe I'm not the target audience and it's only for older women who don't really care about designs or even shapes? Even at checkout the looks were not friendly and again, the whole being lied to about where the deposit goes didn't make it any better. Definitely won't be returning. I don't recommend this place if you're 30 and under. You'll feel like you wasted money on subpar work for a set that you had to settle for. read more

Marcella is super nice and is a master at what she does. Your nails truly are a work of art once she is done. They answered all of my questions and concerns I had and were very patient.
