The first time I called he answered with just a "Hello" so I asked if I was calling The Fresh Sweep and he responded with "Who's this?". I told him I just wanted to make sure I was calling The Fresh Sweep and not dialed the wrong number and he hung up on me. I called back again and he said the called had dropped. I explained we needed cleaning services for 1-2-month period while our current company took care of some personal matters and he said he didn't understand what I was needing. I explained again and asked if I needed to talk to some else about this and he hung up on me again. If this is the kind of customer service they provide we definitely don't want a business relationship with them.

Nikki only returned once (January 2024) for what was supposed to be a bi-monthly schedule secondary to " staff shortages and personal emergencies" (which I understand can happen). However, I was contacted by a gentleman after the last visit in January and was informed the company had to let go of a few customers and I was one of them - with the assurance that "when their situation improved" they would be happy to call me back. The evening I made my appointment, Maria answered the phone and was very professional. She explained that she was very busy, but found the earliest available appointment. I scheduled a 3 hour deep clean. Maria and one other lady arrived (on-time) and immediately got to work. She asked me very specific questions regarding COVID and the type of cleaning products (and equipment) I would like her to use in my home. She even took the time to organize for me as well. I was very grateful. I felt very comfortable with her and her staff in my home. I was able to work on other things while they were cleaning. There was a lot to be done. She took care every area that was prioritized. I even asked if they could sweep the back patio and she said she would if there was time. I was so pleased with her job, I hired her team to clean for my family and our church on a monthly basis.

Hello we hired Eva from Happy Clean Home of Avondale to come do a deep cleaning as I just had major…read moreback surgery. She first quoted us $300 to $400 dollars for the square footage I told her. I was good with the price. When Eva showed up she said our house was bigger and said it would be $600. I was still good with the price as I found out from my husband how big our house was. Eva asked what I wanted cleaned, I told her everything blinds walls dusting and a wash of the floors. Oh and a couple of outside windows. Eva agreed and said her son would be helping her. They were here for 4 hours and charged me $650 which if you break it down that's just about $160 dollars an hour or $80 dollars each an hour WOW. I get it we need house cleaners but at what price. She's not saving anyone's life like a nurse or doctor etc. Anyway after she left I went to our bedroom nothing had been done in our master bedroom or bathroom, kitchen table and chairs had not been dusted, a couple of the 5 windows were not done WOW I'm just a little mad. The reason we hire house cleaners is to do just that. So now after having a 9 hour major back surgery I'm having to do the cleaning myself and my husband.
