The cleaner, Bryan, did an excellent job with the parts of the house I requested to be cleaned and was very considerate. I would definitely request him again. This company was middle in pricing compared to the others that I got quotes from, but the value of having someone not judge me for my mess while taking some of the labor off my plate was worth every penny. Thankfully, the company sent out someone to redo the deep cleaning I originally had. Madison came…read moreand was wonderful! She really made my bathrooms sparkle! She was amazing, and I really appreciate them sending a superstar. The only issue is that I received a message from Brian the manager when the time was almost up. I just said things were looking good. Then Madison ran out of time and had to leave. She did finish mopping the floor, but my downstairs did not get the same attention at the upstairs. When mentioned to Brian, he said that they could have added time. This was never mentioned to me before my review. If that was told then the review would have 5 stars instead of 4 and I wouldn't have the manager Brian texting me asking for a review update. We really shouldn't have to give a list of all the things that we want cleaned but it seems that is the case. So if you do hire them make sure you have list of exactly what you want cleaned ESPECIALLY if you hire them for a deep clean. The ladies that cleaned are nice and Madison really did an amazing job. I appreciate the communication and the redo, if I do use them again I will only use Madison UPDATE: Just went in my downstairs bathroom to find it was not cleaned at all the 2nd time around. There was actually a piece of trash on the floor in there too lol. Now I'm going to finish the ACTUAL deep cleaning I requested. Been on my hands and knees scrubbing the floor.
