Margaritas were solid and the salmon was fair... it wasn't bland, but it wasn't full of flavor either. The mariachis got a little annoying and came by a little more than we would've liked, but we just declined each time they came over. Bathrooms aren't great, but they'll do. There's a cool little area in the back with jumpers for the kids that my little sister enjoyed. Overall, a pretty good choice for dinner if you get the chance.

Our server (the old man in suspenders) was RUDE and ignored us, hardly checked in and had just awful demeanor towards our party. He made rude, pushy comments to my husband, who doesn't speak Spanish, multiple times. Service was unbearably slow and we had to ask for our check multiple times. The gauchos come to your table even when your sign is on red. I had a gaucho slice "roast beef" on my plate after clearly telling him "No." One gaucho sliced meat just inches from my 1 year olds face and we had to move her across the table to stop it from happening again. Another gaucho told us a barbecue meat was beef when it was as clearly pork after cutting into it. There's a handful of good ones but overall they need more training and practice. On the table is only one tong which makes it more difficult in grabbing meat efficiently The fillet mignon is most definitely not fillet mignon and is a dry, chewy and over seasoned knockoff. The gaucho with picanha never stopped at our table. The salad bar isn't so bad. There's some good options but also a serving tray full of crunchy red rice past its prime. The most disgusting part of my experience was toward the end. Our table ordered two cappuccinos and one Americano. The cappuccinos were vile. They were bitter, sour and had a nasty almost salt like taste. After informing the staff on the undrinkable state of the cappuccinos they checked the cream date and informed us that it had a bad seal and was spoiled. Their kids playground is in rough shape. Here's the shortlist of things I enjoyed: -arroz con leche from desert bar -cookie from desert bar -pasta from chaffing dish -baby changing station was clean but there's only one in the women's restroom and not the men's.

Since it was my first time there, I asked to try the different kinds of meat. I selected two types and ask them to mix it into the sandwich for me. Once you have the meat in your sandwich, you can put your own toppings, such as various sauces and dips, plus vegetables. The most common way to eat this, is to drown it in a liquid, and then use a fork. I'm not a particular fan of the drowned version, so I just put enough sauce to cover the meat. I prefer to hold the sandwich and have a bread which I can sink my teeth into. The bottom line is that for about five bucks you get a delicious sandwich, with all the fixings that you can add by yourself. Plus there are different options for drinks. One of them is a freshly squeezed orange juice in a bottle. It's delicious. You can also get horchata, or various sodas and juices. Did I mention that this is a common breakfast food? It's also a common lunch and dinner, in Guadalajara. There are locations all around the city of this popular eatery.
