For the past THREE visits, my laundry has come back damaged--stained, worn out, and mishandled. I'm talking about detergent stains, random blotches, and clothes that now look old and beat up after only a few wears. One of my sweatshirts I've only worn THREE times came back with puckering all over it and an actual RIP in the fabric. That did not exist before I dropped it off. There is no excuse for that level of damage unless your clothes are being handled carelessly or aggressively. They also ignore basic instructions. I clearly requested items to be air-dried, and they still put them in the dryer, damaging them further. It's obvious everything is being thrown together in one machine with no separation or care. When I brought my clothes back for re-washing, it only got worse. And instead of taking accountability, I was blamed and given excuses. But what really crossed the line was the unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. During the dispute, the worker actually PUT HER HAND ON ME--like she was disciplining a child. Completely inappropriate. Do NOT touch customers. Ever. At that point, I knew this place had zero respect, zero professionalism, and zero standards. To make matters worse, this isn't even new behavior. I stopped coming here before because items were going missing. I gave them another chance--and now my clothes are coming back destroyed. You are literally paying to have your clothes ruined. I will be pursuing compensation for the damage. If you value your clothing, your money, or basic respect as a customer--DO NOT use their drop-off service. Check your clothes carefully if you already have. You might not notice the damage until it's too late.

The wash was done OK most of the time. But there were times we would get stuff back and it just wasnt clean. Here's what I mean. We had stuff we wanted washed a certain way and hung on hangers. We would get it back with marks on it instead of clean. Never anything major but it was not as it should be. This Sunday we got our stuff back and didnt inspect it. My wife starts to get her stuff ready for work later and discovers ALL of her work clothes look like they were wet down and then used to mop a floor and hung on hangers after. This is at 1130pm, so guess what I have to do at almost midnight on Sunday??? Find a 24 hour laundromat and do wash. I wish I could post a picture to show just how messed up it was. The only reason this is not a 1 star review is because the owner is a really nice guy. He did try to save us as a customer but just had too many excuses. I demanded our money back and he did return it but I just cant take my stuff someplace that I have to worry will do the job this poorly. EDIT: This place also does a really poor job on dry cleaning and pressing, which is why I went back to using Dartmouth cleaners

The last time was around 6am and I have to say that's really the best time to come here. It's empty at that point and the attendant is usually cleaning at that time and you have your pick of baskets, washers and dryers. No mad scramble for a cart or a machine and that's just how I like it. I do wish that the machines also took coins along with it's current feature of taking the laundry card just because I have loads of coins on me - usually enough to do laundry - and I can't actually add it to the laundry card without turning it into a paper bill first. The laundry card machine takes bills and card. I've only ever used cash because I don't trust it with my card info. You never know where a skimmer may be lurking. All in all, if you're looking for a 24 hour laundromat to wash your linens or clothes, come here. You shouldn't be disappointed.
