The service was helpful, cheerful and friendly, perfect for showing my New York cousin, what "Minnesota Nice" is all about. The food was excellent. The omelet was well made (not always the case when I order at a restaurant) and the ingredients they added gave it a cravable taste. In fact, I was so impressed with this combination, I made it at home the following weekend. The hashbrowns were perfection! My service was great - the one server holding things down was so kind and efficient. I love diners where you can see the chef griddling right in front of you. A man in need came in towards the end of my visit, and the waitress provided him with a cup of coffee to warm up - I chose to pay for his coffee, but it's these little acts of kindness from restaurant teams that show why restaurants are the heart of our community.
