They are unstable and do not have communication between their management staff. I was hired as a collector promised a hoop of dreams which resulted in all lies. I was doing fine up until I was asked and sent accounts via email for me to put through my own collection agency skiptrace softeware to locate their clients accounts. After I complained about the garbage accounts FCS management were given me to collect things turned for the worst as far as being a hostile work environment. They monitored all my calls constantly on a day to day basis, like such as 6-7 hours a work day. They collect on out of statue accounts ranging back as far as 2009 and expect collectors to hit unreasonable goals on debts that are uncollectable with no leverage to collect since the consumer does not have to pay or settle the debt. My direct report was Chuck McNally who I had or have no issues with, but he was under the command of a jerk named Fred Landrum who took over his managerial staffs duties and talked to employees any kind of way. There bonus structured sucked and employee's who had been there for many tears were not meeting theor goals either. I don't see how the company survives on the numbers that they collect mpnthly by each employee. The benefits at the Company are the worst in any employment industry I have seen. If you like a chaotic work day this is the place to work. If you like productive working environment employment and stabilaztion I would run far away from this Company. They will fire you if you challenge them on any work tasks that you are given. Any employee should have a privilged right to share there concerns with HR , but in this case with FCS if you complain to HR Director Carla Long she will just go to the Senior Vice-President who gives a lot of insults. This company is from the pit of hell, racist, bias and a bad working environment. I have a cause of action that I am in the process of filing againt this shady illegal Company. I am so glad that I DO NOT work for this Company and regret the day I came across their ad for a collector's position. Stay far the hell away from this organization if you want respect and direction.
