Diana helped an older relative with some decluttering, and quickly became invaluable support. She helped him make decisions about his stuff, particularly those with memories, and made space. She suggested that having a non-family member for supporting the conversation can be very productive for some of these tasks and she sure was right! We have her come regularly because her work really helps my relative be independent and able to find find things. My relative always is impressed by how much she gets done, how professional she is, as well how well it goes. He calls her a lifesaver. Diane went beyond what I expected we worked for two days six hours and my house is spotless and organized all the closets and got rid of sixteen bags of donations. Computers only laptop but my husband scraps so he's going through all that stuff. There's a place for everything and I remember where it is she also directed me to Amazon where I found some organizers for stuff in my closet so I can see what it is and a purse organizer that's 12" high so all my purses will fit and a Xmas storage box that goes underneath my bed definitely use her again or recommend!!! read more

I need atlesst 10 stars for my review. After attempting to straighten out my house, which was a disaster, I got in touch with Diana from Fresh Start Organizing. What I thought was a hopeless situation turned out to be a very satisfying outcome. Through her gentle guidance and cheering me on we accomplished the impossible (or so I thouht). When she left the last time I told her I was going to go back and check her website to make sure she was real and not an angel sent down to rescue me. She laughed but truth be told, I checked....she's real. The whole time was such a wonderful experience I might just mess up my house to do it all over again.
