    We went shopping for a granite kitchen counter and visited three different companies. We found that Benson Stone had the best Pricing, the best Selection, and the best Customer Service. Very Professional and very Attentive. Excellent Communication all through the process. Even better, the person measuring our counters and the installation team were incredible. The installers were not average guys, they were true Craftsmen that were able to overcome some of our kitchen irregularities during the installation. Unbelievable results. Beautiful Kitchen! All in all, we highly recommend Benson Stone.

    Awesome turnout, worth the wait. My wife and I shopped around a bit. Then a friend (Michael W) who works at Bensons on Riverside referred us to their furniture store. We worked with Colleen. She was patient and professional. We ended up buying furniture for two rooms. Took about 10-12 weeks for it to come in but it was totally worth it. The delivery guys were great and very professional too. All around a fantastic experience. I posted pics from our living room.

    I wish I had better to say about my shopping experience…read more... It began with the salesperson giving me a very incorrect delivery time and took 10 weeks for delivery. Since they do not do removal I had thrown my old furniture to the curb the night before. When furniture arrived the next day, both couch and loveseat had defects. The center console top on the loveseat was completely crooked and would not close. The couch had an end cap falling off and they tried to ignore they even saw it while installing. If they would have said "There is damage and we need to fix or replace it" as they were setting it up, I would not have needed to return it. The installers tried to ignore it was a problem and get out the door before I could even see it... I have lost 10 weeks, trust in Bobs, and my original furniture, but now have an order from Ashley Furniture and maybe soon I can finally throw out the folding chairs in my living room... Thanks Bob

    Just filed complaint with BBB. Bought furniture delivered in Feb 2026. Not out together correctly…read morebecause was broken to start. Said they replace. June 13th delivery came to exchange. They threw new furnture out back truck onto pavement in street. Cut cloth on new furniture with bix cutter! Broke my vent cover. Left my home in disarray! Had miss work for this! Reschedule another delivery for today. Received call 2 hours before delivery tell me same unprofessional men coming to my home. Want to reschedule again 3rd time for me to miss work. Never paid for damages from. June 13th. Told via text I should pay for the damages! Said they credit my account - lie! Told me i had deal with credit company if i rerurn all together! Bobs already been paid! Ive paid credit company $725 already! Lie after lie after lie! I have video of June 13th! I am in disbelief of the games ansld run around ive recieved! Never ever do business here! Im going end up in court over this becauae i will not pay for broken furniture and continue to miss work! ​​

I was impressed that they were actually open at their posted hours. The place smelled clean, and items were marked fairly. You could tell many items were indeed second hand, I mean it is a used store after all. Ask anyone who has purchased second hand, and they'll tell you it is ON YOU to ensure the item is in a condition that meets YOUR needs. The chairs I bought, I knew I'd need to sink some money into to fix to *my standards*. They were $20. I then paid another $70 to rehab. I am totally fine with this! Not all people would be, but their prices reflect. Do your research, take the time with the item and then decide. They don't take returns and all sales are final. They literally have you sign a receipt acknowledging that fact. (I see zero issues with how they're running their business.) All this to say, I'll definitely be back! And to anyone new to the used shopping game, don't expect the sellers (JAMS or anyone else) to tell you the quality of an item. Unless it is NEW--it is USED. Therefore, any mention of condition is purely subjective. Interact with the item in question and decide for yourself, you're an adult (one would assume/hope). Now excuse me while I exit stage left.

    Ordered two recliners and a love seat at the end of December 2025. Was told 6-8 weeks to arrive…read more Right at the 6-week mark, they called to schedule delivery. When they showed up, only the recliners were delivered. Said the couch was still on order, but would not charge us another delivery fee when it came in. While waiting for the loveseat, there were several social media posts about the doors being closed, and no one could get hold of them. Many of our calls went unanswered. After a few weeks of this, I initiated a chargeback on my card. About 6 weeks later, they called to schedule delivery. We asked if this was the one we ordered or the display model. They said it was the display, to which we replied that we want the one we ordered. Eventually, we determined that we were not going to get what we ordered, so we decided to negotiate on the display model. We asked for $300 off, and they accepted. I called my bank to cancel the chargeback, but was unable to. Once they ruled in our favor, we told Gustafson's that we'd still purchase the display model as long as the discount was honored. Whomever I spoke with said the agreement was only for $150 off, and they never agreed to $300. At this point, we decided that we would not continue doing business with them and cut off all communication. Now, I see going-out-of-business sale signs everywhere, so it's so long now. Hopefully, others who had money there got it back before they shutter for good.
