I've never seen a more complete and methodically assembled tax filing and he discovered errors in one of our previous year's filings which we will be refiling for since we are still owed a refund. I have also encountered inconsistent information, as I would speak with one account manager one day, only to have someone else respond later with contradictory or confusing information due to poor internal communication. In my personal belief and opinion, my experiences was fraudulent, as I did not receive the some of the services I was promised or expected. Additionally, if they disagree with a comment you make, they may claim it was an "error" and pressure you to retract or correct it--threatening to discontinue services if you do not comply. Based on my experience, I also believe they have violated ethical standards, and I am having them investigated by various regulatory entities. Additionally, I have read that they have faced disciplinary action in recent years. This is solely my experience, though I have come across similar accounts from others. I arrived 15 minutes early for a 2pm meeting. As I was waiting in the lobby, a gentleman came out and told me the person I was meeting with (Wilson Esua) was not in the office and unable to make our meeting. Things happen. I get it. However, its incredibly inconsiderate to give zero notice to your clients.... I took time away from my work and drove to their office just to be told my meeting was cancelled, despite a confirmation email. Update 7/20: Wilson called me today to personally apologize for missing our meeting. A personal matter came up that required him to leave abruptly, and they failed to communicate with me. His phone call was warm and sincere, and I greatly appreciated the gesture. Wish more businesses took ownership of their mistake the way Wilson did today. Kudos to you, sir. I've updated my review to 4 stars because of the follow up; however, I do not have first hand experience using their service to comment beyond what's here.
