She has been amazing. She followed up with me yesterday, knowing my move was 2 weeks away. She then reached out today to let me know the dmv was back logged and I should schedule my appointment to renew my license. For a person who is moving 2200 miles to a new city and knows no one, this bit of information is priceless. As it turns out, the 1st appointment at the dmv is 4 weeks from now. The dmv asked for it to be filled out electronically and Grace said that it would take longer, so she need a fax number. I saw a picture of the form and it wouldn't take long to fill out. I just wanted to get this over with and it didn't happen. I guess ill drive around with out no insurance.
