Your first clue is that should you need to talk to someone, unlike the other companies you can't always. Got a flight change in the morning or late at night? Good luck- phones are offline until 8 am. I have lived in Summit county many years and have used all 3 of the companies many times. I will spare you the details of this last trip with them in part because guess what... it never happened. At pickup time they just never called or showed up at all. 25 min later I get a call from the driver's personal phone saying he will be another 25 min late for a total of almost an hour late, but not to worry because I will still somehow make my flight. Well, I simply had to find an immediate alternative which I did and cancelled the reservation altogether. The final insult came weeks later when I returned to find that although the original charge had been credited back (for non performance) there actually had been two separate, duplicate charges made to my card but only the one had been credited back. You have to really watch these guys. Do yourself a favor and just go with one of the other companies. read more

This company is terrible. I am mad that I booked with them because I wanted to save a couple dollars. Horrible customer service. I received a text at 5:41 AM telling me that my shuttle was on its way and to be ready. I have sat in the parking lot until 7:09 waiting to be picked up at the Frisco Transfer center. They will pack this shuttle to the brim and drive all over the county in circles picking people up and cramming you in after you've been waiting for an hour. To make matters worse Then the shuttle driver came flying into the lot and parked right next to me turning at the last second. It's 0 degrees and a sheet of ice, easily could have slid into my vehicle. Never again. We were not the only party sitting waiting in our vehicle this morning for over an hour. Do not use this service. They were about two hours late, they double-booked reservations, the driver was verbally abusive to passengers, and I would have missed my flight if the flight were not (thankfully) delayed. You are better off renting a car or booking a more expensive shuttle service. I first booked tickets for 12pm (for a 5:45pm flight out of Denver). The driver did not arrive until 2pm. During those two hours, I contacted Fresh Tracks three times. Each time, they assured me that the driver was just 15 minutes away and delayed by weather. I can understand a delay caused by snowy weather in the Rockies, even a 2-hour delay, with appropriate communication. But the driver was not actually delayed by weather. We learned from the other passengers that the driver had gotten into a screaming match with a passenger (according to the other passengers, the driver made a racist comment), had to go to the police station to resolve that fight, and had to drop off two other passengers who no longer felt safe with him. Had we been told that there was a problem, and that the company did not know when the driver would arrive, we could have gotten a rental car, Uber, or a ride/car from a friend. Because Fresh Tracks repeatedly lied to us, we didn't make those other plans. And the driver's behavior remained erratic on the way to the airport. He continued to yell at passengers about the directions and weather. We got to the airport around 5pm and barely made our flights. We also learned that multiple passengers were scheduled for pick up at the same time as us, in towns that were at least a 20-minute drive apart. So I doubt Fresh Tracks even created a schedule that could have feasibly gotten us to the airport on time. When I contacted Fresh Tracks customer service to resolve this issue, they were dismissive and hung up on me. I would not be writing this review had they made any effort to make things right. If you want to get to the airport safely and on time, look elsewhere. read more

This business provided transportation to Denver for our family when we were stuck in a snowstorm with an inoperable rental car in the mountains. They were very understandably late owing to the challenging weather (heavy snow and icy roads). Another passenger in the shuttle seemed irritated with the wait. The wait didn't bother me given the circumstances and I encouraged the driver to stay positive and focus on driving safely. My main complaint was with the driving on the poor road surfaces on I-70. I am an experienced driver in snow and ice. The driver correctly had the instinct to go slowly, which is crucial. But other aspects of the driving were erratic: sudden acceleration, sudden hard braking, poor lane discipline. There were a few curves in the lower part of the drive where we suddenly accelerated through poor conditions heading into the turn. It made no sense to me and was frankly stressful given my family was along with me. On top of it all, visibility through the windshield was poor and only mildly helped by the occasional wiper fluid used (sparingly) by the driver. Fresh Tracks got us to our destination and has better prices than the competition but the safety did not inspire confidence. read more

I have to admit that we were skeptical since Fresh Tracks was cheaper than other transit options - however, it was totally worth it for our transfer from Denver Airport to Breckenridge. Vasyl, our driver, was super personable and friendly. He remembered our names and chatted with us (there were only three of us) to Breckenridge and was so accommodating. Vasyl offered to make stops as needed whether for food, drink, or bathrooms. The 10-person passenger van was clean, odorless, and well kept. It was comfortable and just FYI there aren't outlets or wifi in these vans! He even picked us up earlier than expected since all of us were present, which I feel like was such a pleasant surprise so we didn't just wait around at the airport. I would definitely take Fresh Tracks again and recommend it for anyone considering a transfer to their accomodations west of Denver! read more

Had a great experience getting back to Denver airport on Monday. I pre-booked my shuttle online, it was the cheapest option of all the shuttles that I could find. I was picked up promptly at my pick-up time at the Breckenridge transfer station (which is conveniently in the Gondola parking lot for anyone who just got done skiing). We made one additional stop to pickup in Keystone and then were on our way to the airport. Shuttle took exactly 2 hours which was unexpected and fabulous. There were 5 of us total, so each "group" of 2 had their own row, and i was by myself so also had my own row. Only docked 1 star because the driver was not wearing a mask and didn't make anyone else wear a mask. read more

Today, the Fresh Tracks shuttle was 2 hours late to pick up my family and bring us to the airport. There was bad weather, lots of traffic, totally understandable the shuttle would be delayed. My issue is that Fresh Tracks kept telling us "20 minutes" when we called for an ETA. They "said" they were calling the shuttle driver for his location. I think "20 minutes " is their standard B.S. line to get customers off the phone quickly. (Are they not familiar with iOS tracking capabilities??) If they had just been honest with us and told the real ETA, we could have rescheduled our flights for a later time. Instead, by the time we actually got picked up and realized we were toast, all the remaining same-day flights were booked. This little dishonesty by Fresh Track cost me $800 (new flights, hotel, meals). I kid you not, I have receipts. read more

First time using a shuttle from Denver Airport to Breck and was pleasantly surprised by Fresh Tracks. One way fare on a passenger van of 10-12 people was $60 (to Breck Transport Centre) and easy to book online the night prior. Unfortunately the shuttle ran about 40 min late from our scheduled departure; to be fair it was snowing in the mountains which likely caused the pick up delay. Reserved a 10:30 pick up, flight was 10 minutes late so I called to let them know we might be late and he suggested to put me on a 12:30 bus if we couldn't make the 10:30 but if we can get to the 10:30 pickup we are good to go but we need to call them and let them know.The driver from the 10:30 shuttle called us at 10:15, at that time I informed them that we would make the 10:30 because we made it to baggage claim earlier than we anticipated. We got to the pickup spot at 10:29 and the driver already left. When I called the office they blamed it on me and said I changed my pickup time to 12:30. Then why is your driver calling me to see if I make the 10:30? I canceled my trip to and from and will NEVER use this POS company again. We scheduled the door to door pickup, which was airport to Airbnb. When we arrived in downtown Breckenridge (after 3 hours) the driver let the office know he had 1 more stop (ours). The lady called back and told the driver he could not take us to our scheduled destination. The lady from the office then called and informed us the driver could not take us to our scheduled because it was out of their range and we needed to pick somewhere to be dropped off and "figure it out" I expressed my concerns and feelings about being dropped off in the middle of a blizzard with no transportation or even a heads up. The girl on the phone showed no remorse and never once apologized about the situation just kept saying "I just told you why we couldn't take you" I informed the lady this was our first time to Breckenridge, so I did not know where to be dropped off and after going back and forth she hung up on me! It would have been helpful being told this information beforehand, so we had time to set up further transportation. Instead, we had 1 dead phone to try and find transportation to the airbnb. On top of the rude service the drivers van kept shutting off, shaking, and having to be shut off, turned back on, and put in forward and reverse to get going. I recently returned from a trip in which I used Fresh Tracks for a round trip service. There are too many negative things I could say about this company. After driving over 80mph and swerving all over the road, the driver we had heading back to Denver stopped at a circle k and purchased a BEER. It was clear he had been drinking and when confronted, he denied it. This caused someone in my travel group to go into a panic attack. My group and I had no choice but to have him drop us off in a city outside of Denver (Wheat Ridge, CO) as we were actually scared for our lives. To make matters worse, the customer service has been anything but helpful. They have failed to call back and laughed at us when learning we were stuck in CO due to the severe winter storm in TX that has people fighting for their lives. Someone got my card number and used it to charge a $100 dollar ride with Fresh Tracks. I live in NY, almost 2000 miles away from Colorado. When I called Fresh Tracks, I was told that it happened to a lot of people for $1 or $2 dollars and IT was working on it. When I told her that mine was for $100, I was told that IT would be told, and eventually someone would get back to me. No one has. The person who answered the phone acted like I was inconveniencing her. I got the same treatment when I called back several hours later. No one was available to talk to me. There was no promise that any stolen money would be returned. Someone else suggested that I do a Better Business Bureau search on them. Well, the BBB does not rate them. read more
