They have all been very friendly, courteous and always prompt, but most importantly incredibly safe drivers. January roads can sometimes be icy and make mountain driving tricky but I have seen these drivers expertly navigate through the passes and be able to avoid some dangerous conditions. Older van, with the seats placed as closely together as possible. Sitting in a middle row, my knees were pushed hard into the back of the seat in front of me. The upholstery was shot, I could really feel the metal framing on my butt and back, as well as pushing into my knees. It was a very uncomfortable ride, and at the start of a holiday weekend, it took over an hour of additional time dealing with traffic. They'll get you there, and at a reasonable price, but it will be a long tortuous experience. Booked a private premiere black for the return. Oh, my, what a difference. The SUV was new, extremely comfortable, an absolute pleasure. While, crammed into the van on the way up, I hardly noticed the scenery, on the way back it was a joy to be able to fully appreciate the mountains' beauty. If you can splurge for the private ride, do it. If it seems expensive and you're on the fence, do it. If you do decide on the shared shuttle, just know you'll be spending the time in purgatory. We will ONLY take the private option in the future. They do deserve credit, either way, for being very well organized. Customer service was great, everything ran like clockwork. For the private ride, they sent a text confirmation of the reservation the afternoon before, but nothing they day of; the driver simply showed up in front of the hotel at the arranged time. It would have eased our minds to have the driver at least text that they were on the way or that they had arrived. So how to rate the experience? Given their service was solid, and the private ride was so wonderful, so long as you know what to expect with the shared option, they do what they say they'll do. I just put as 4 to attract the reader's attention long enough to be sure they understand the shared option downsides.

They quoted us a very high price of $550 gratuity included. Once we got our credit card bill they charged almost $800 with no explanations. To make matters worst when we called them to let them know that they had made a mistake the lady on the phone was rude and told us that they would charge however much they wanted and that they would fight us if we continued to complain and that they would also fight the credit card company to get their payment. Peak 1 Express: I'd use again!…read more I was under the impression the ride was 2-ish hours from the airport to Breckenridge, and I was wrong (which may have been my misunderstanding). The ride is supposed to be *around* 3 hours. We stopped for some folks to transfer, a bathroom stop, then to Silverthorne, then to Breckenridge (which there were 4 different stops for the riders). The ride from the airport to our destination felt much, much longer than my return shuttle. I wish there was a better way to drop folks off on all the small towns on the way (especially when the rentals and cabins are far off the main roads). My first shuttle was half full and it was fairly comfortable for breathing room in between us. I could imagine it being a lot less comfortable if it were a full shuttle (and being on a full shuttle after, I realize how lucky I am to be on a half full shuttle to start). It was on time to pick us up, but we didn't get to leave until closer to 25 mins later due to someone's flight being delayed (also not their fault, drivers arrange with a walkie-talkie system on them fly to talk to the main office to get it sorted). We unfortunately got stuck in about an hour of traffic (to no fault of anyone) and it was high spirits and good tunes. Our driver (Mike?) was so great! He was wonderful to talk to and had lots of stories! My return shuttle was larger and completely full. A little confusing on where to stand in the skier drop lot for Breckenridge, but the driver called me and I was just out of site for him. Drive was great and no traffic this time! My tip is to leave plenty of time from the airport and shuttle, manage your expectations. I could also see a different experience with different drivers/bad weather. From my experience, they do everything in their power to get you where you need to go! I'd use them again.

When the driver finally arrived we saw we were only the second passenger and the first pick up was also picked up an hour late. This was a 6am shuttle. The only possible reason is that the driver decided to start his drive an hour late and didn't communicate this to the passengers at all. There was no apology or acknowledgment of delay. On top of all of that the heat in the van must have been broken or off because we were shivering in full winter gear for the entire 2 hour drive.
