WOW WOW WOW - I honestly do not have a single bad thing to say about BML, specifically Eric, our absolutely incredible driver. I booked with them only a week and a half before our event because our original transport service had to cancel and Eric's prompt responses and help were so appreciated. The price was significantly cheaper than other competitors too! The 15-passenger van was perfect for our bachelorette party going from Silverthorne to Steamboat Springs - it van itself was incredibly clean and had GREAT tunes!!! Eric arrived on time, helped us load all of our bachelorette party decorations and games into the van, and made sure we were comfortable, well fed, and had enough beverages. We invited Eric to the rodeo with us, since he was such a wonderful and easy person to be with. Again, he made sure we were all safe and happy the whole night. Eric accommodated our post-rodeo bar hopping with ease and truly went out of his way to make sure we didn't have a care in the world. Eric is a true rockstar!! Horrible experience ! I made a reservation for a pick up in February 2024 . I chartered a private jet for myself and my 4 dogs , 2 of my dogs are so old and frail . I called Eric the day before to verify everything and sent a screen shot of the flight itinerary and tail # so they could get into the runway to pick me up . Eric gave me the cell of the driver . 6/11/24 I land and NO ONE is there . I am standing on a hot runway with 4 dogs and a bag . The pilots had to help me get to the terminal . My dogs were so stressed . NO PICK UP . I had to pay double to get a last minute ride the 1.5 hours home . I called the driver he said I am not coming to get you . I called the office and was told they could send someone it would take a couple hours . I got an apology email a few days later and the offer of a free ride . I am not able to trust they would ever pick me up . PLEASE double and triple check that this company will actually be picking you up so you do not have the experience I did . I spent a fortune to fly . I set everything up , and double checked with them and I still was left stranded . Horrible ! read more

I dealt with Worth who set us up and was one of our drivers. Jen was the other driver (our driver). We got married at a cabin in Silverthorne and wanted to be driven to Breckenridge for dinner. Earlier in the day, I asked Worth if he could pick us up early so that we could hit happy hour at our restaurant and he said that was not a problem at all. His cars are super clean, his staff professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated how Jen didn't talk our faces off but also wasn't afraid to answer our questions, she was an absolute sweetheart. I pitched a fit about not being able to get an actual limousine because the only vehicle he had the capacity to fit was a van for 14 people so I eventually gave in. When they showed up, they had two SUVs (insert heart emoji). We were scheduled to be picked up at 4:30 (if I remember correctly) so I had everyone corralled in the living room waiting. I didn't get a call so I peeked outside and saw their two smiling faces waiting for us. I apologized that they waited for 10 minutes for me to look out and said I didn't get a call that they're here. Jen laughed and said "We're on your schedule, not our own. We've dedicated this time to you so we want you to take your time, relax, and not feel rushed." We used them for trips from the Denver Airport to Breckenridge and back in in Feb '22. Communications were clear and timely. Both of our drivers, Julius and Rob were friendly and professional, water offered on both trips. Pickups were on time. SUVs were clean and comfortable.
