Right away, he actually asked me what was wrong with my current system and why I was looking to replace it especially since it was only a few years old. No one else even bothered to ask. We talked about a new system, but instead of just selling me something, he actually checked mine out first. Turns out, it wasn't broken at all just a clogged brine tank. We did a significant amount of research and thought we knew exactly what we wanted, which was a whole house reverse osmosis system. After learning those systems can cause leeching of the cooper pipers and small leaks, we decided the Hague Water Max system, a water conditioner and reverse osmosis system, was the best choice for us. From the initial meeting, it was clear Vance knew what he was talking about. His expertise continued through the installation, which was flawless. He made repeated calls to ensure our system was working properly and offered to come back to the house and make any necessary adjustments. As others have mentioned, he is a plumber and can fix just about any water/pipe related issue, which is a great bonus! Vance made a stressful project stress-free and installed a water solution that ensures we have both safe and great tasting water!
