An employee called to verify the order and make sure someone would be home since the items are perishable, and even though I felt terrible about the long drive, he kept reassuring me it was completely fine. When the delivery driver arrived, he was all smiles and just as kind. I apologized and thanked him for making such a long trip, and he also took some time to assure me it was no problem at all. The delivery fee from the location 9 miles away was the same! Everything was intact and still cool but exceptional customer service and positive attitudes from everyone involved really stood out.

This will be the last time we use them as nothing is ever done as said. Not worth the $147 that was paid.

The owners of this cozy holiday gift shop are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more fun. Knowing that they host events throughout the year is definitely a plus -- it makes the shop feel like a place you want to come back to over and over again. The holiday Jellycat release was honestly such a cute experience. We waited about an hour before opening, and they greeted everyone with apple cider and snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch. It made the wait feel festive and exciting. Once inside, we got to browse all the adorable Jellycats and holiday goodies at our own pace and pick out exactly what we wanted. It was such a pleasure seeing Christy and her wonderful staff again. The store itself is charming and full of unique handmade items, and they even have a beautiful selection of plants. It's honestly hard to walk out without buying at least one! For the actual store, the merchandise comes from small businesses, or independent makers, so there are some unique things you may find! There were a lot of farm-based items, and I ended up getting a few of the artisanal soaps. Parking was small. I was parked at the nearby Trader Joe's and walked over. But even that parking was insanely full on occasion.
