Would highly recommend not going with Anytime Garage Door. My suspension system gave out about 3…read moremonths ago, and we called them to install a spring system. That overall went okay, including them upselling a wheel upgrade to bearings I believe. Total all in ~$1400. About 3 weeks later, our garage door started to squeak extremely loud. So, we called AGD to come back out to take a look. The tech essentially told us, it's on the hinge design of the garage door and there's nothing we can do other than grease the hinges more, replace the door, and/or upgrade to a new motor. "Bad door/hinge design" is what I was told in a newer build home. So then, I did the maintenance myself and the garage door barely makes any squeaks & is back to normal. I will not be going with AGD in the future and highly recommend you do the same. The tech was dishonest at best & deceptive at worst.

Seeing the list price of some of these online ended up taking me down a bit of a rabbit hole towards Alibaba-sourced doors, but I figure I ought to reach out to a pro before I commit to that direction. Zach was quick to respond and helped me understand why this was a terrible idea. I wasn't prepared to spend an arm and a leg, but he was able to hook me up with beautiful Clopay door installed at a really competitive price. There were some delays getting the door from the manufacturer but I appreciate Zach insulated me from all of that (apparently they delivered the wrong one at first haha). He showed up right on time on the day we agreed for the install and before I knew it the door was in. Super excited about it, and the curb appeal difference goes a long way too. Zach is a very personable guy and you can tell he genuinely cares about delivering for customers. Would happily work with him again but I suspect I won't have to - this door is built like a tank and the install appears to be high-quality all around.

Back in Oct, William was abled to hand-pull all the weeds in my backyard and mow my lawn in preparation for the winter. He had made sure there's no grass clippings leftover as I was allergic to Bermuda grass so his service was helpful for my health. Initially, did an amazing job and was going to be my go-to lawn guy once the grass is growing again the Spring. Recently for the Spring, I asked him for the same service, weed removal (expecting hand-pulled like last time), lawn mowing, and pre-emergent weed treatments. Total cost was $170 but I gave him $200 especially for gas prices and he had to go pick up supplies. Well, he weed whacked everything instead and it splatter all over the white painted sidings of the new house. He offered to pressure wash and clean the sidings from the mess he created. He also offered to put down additional weed treatment to help control the weeds. He was late for the original Spring service (after I asked him to push the service an hour later). He was a no-show on Saturday to cleaning up weed clippings splattered over the sidings. I had to call him multiple times and he said his customer unexpectedly requested mulch installation and said he can come by at 8am on Sunday. Today, He was a no-show today. I had to call him and he woke up at 10am. He was still a no show after multiple calls. Very disappointed. I wasted almost half my day waiting. Lots of excuses. I understand life happens but lack of communication and method of weed removal was the final straw. Off to continue to find my go-to lawn service person. Initial service in Oct 2025 was 5/5. Follow-up Mar 2026 service 2/5. Do not recommend.

After being a no show I get an email saying they didn't make it out, which happens. But instead of coming out the next day, they come out three days later. When I get home later that day I see some work has been done. Large patches of grass were missed all over, what was cut is very uneaven, there is trash laying around in my yardbthay was hit by a lawnmower but just left there, leaves and branches are still everywhere, and when I checked my yard cameras I see leaves we're just blown off into my neighbors yards, for which I am responsible for and have to make appologies for and clean up. So when I contacted The Green Dude about a $100 invoice for this mess, this was the response: "You are right it was not our best work and I apologize if the leaves got blown on the neighbor's lawn. Please take a $20 discount on this invoice." No offer to come out and fix it, the mess is still there and I am still being charged $80, plus need to go fix it myself, along with my neighbor's yards, or spend even more money to have someone come do it. I am very sorry, but I cannot recommend The Green Dude after this. You are better off finding a kid that can use $20 and hire them for this kind of results.

After hearing about our issue, he gave us a straightforward self-fix option to help avoid an unnecessary expense--which we really appreciated. But as we still had some doubts, I asked if he could come take a look (I offered to pay a service fee). To our surprise, he said all consultations are free and was happy to stop by the very next day. In person, Yamil was friendly, clear, and professional. He helped ease all our concerns. Even though we didn't end up needing a full service, the experience was excellent. We'll definitely reach out to him again for future projects--time to start building that honey-do list!
