I had an awful experienced with my old hearing aids from HEARUSA. I was not too happy to have them on both ears. They made a mistake on our billing statement and refused to resubmit the claim to United Health Care for my son. Keeping my son from being able to see the Dr Travis again. Their billing department is not only lazy, they are unprofessional and unethical on many levels. The billing staff member I spoke to from SFENT not only refused to resubmit the claims BUT also told me she couldn't because" her supervisor told her not to " when I asked to speak to her supervisor she said her supervisor was in a meeting. My son is 3 years old and my insurance has paid out thousands to this provider. Their staff is very unprofessional and untrained on billing. Would not recommend

She has made appointments with her patients and when they show up, she is unprepared and her computer software programs don't always work properly. This creates a very hectic appointment and sometimes unsuccessful. This is not the first time we have experienced this poor customer service and unresponsiveness from her. She has a pattern of treating her patients in an unprofessional manner. Hearing is a vital need for individuals. When people rely on hearing aids to assist them with their daily life, it is not acceptable to just not stay in touch with patients and keep track of their hearing aid devices when they don't work. Stay away from this audiologist!

There is no receptionist all the people who work there I talked to told me they did not have any affiliation with them. The place was hard to find. They have a very small sign pasted to the Optometrists front window behind a pillar. After waiting more than half an hour past my scheduled appointment I asked to speak with the Office Manager. I canceled my appointment once I met the Guy who does the exams. He is not a Doctor and what he is running didn't seem legitimate to me. There are so many other good choices available elsewhere and that's where I will go. Elsewhere!

A well oiled machine because I got here half an hour early and only waited 10 minutes before I was ushered in the back. There's a pre-registering process done all online that makes the process as seamless as possible. Can't thank this Dr. enough for such a gentle experience and as embarrassing as it is to have to have my earwax removed, no, "scraped off your eardrum," I'm so happy I found him and there's no doubt why he's got a TON of 5 Star reviews. Please add mine as well!!!
