I received my wig in the mail today from Friday Night Hair and I am so disappointed, numb, upset that I wasted $50 dollars. I bought the synthetic Lace front GLS 45. It was cut uneven, lopsided, the back of the wig looked picked out and meshed at the same time. It look like it was used...the packaging had no care in it at all, no packing slip, just a wig in a beat up mail envelope. I ordered from here because I did years ago and was very pleased, I should have known better when I couldn't find any current reviews or videos. i threw away $50, I will never ever order from them again. On 3/15/21 I ordered GLS 109 and received GLS25 and was lied to and told my order was sent to someone else and I got someones order. Then after they got there hair back from me they told the truth and said the hair wasn't in stock. Lied for 2 wee abour my refund then told me to wait another 14 days for it. This company has the worst customer service from the end of September to the beginning of October 2018. I have been going back-and-forth with them for weeks now, and it is past four business days! I spent $107 on two units and the shipping. My mom also ordered before me and has not got her unit! I called multiple times, and recently I called to complain that my package has not moved from Katy, Texas in the past 4 days. It did not even have its label or was picked up by USPS. I would advise anyone reading this not to order from this company. It is very sketchy! I wish I would've read the reviews on this company before ordering anything. I called to get an update on when my purchase would be shipped. I talked to a woman named Mary who was giving me the run around. She didn't even ask what my order number was or what my name was, all she said was your order should be at the post office by now. First off, I had it sent to my house not the post office, secondly it never arrived. So as a gift to this online company that I believe are complete frauds and scam artists, I will be filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). I ordered GLS 56 and fell in love with it. But the third time I wore it, the ends became nappy, and it also shed a lot. I complained to the company, and they offered me a $15 discount on my next order. Since I still loved the wig, I decided to give it another try. The exact same thing happened - heavy shedding and nappy ends - exactly at the 3rd wear. Such a shame because it is a BEAUTIFUL wig. They always ship out your order by the next day or at least the day afterwards. Their specialty wigs are synthetic (lacefronts) but they're pretty nice, especially the curly ones. This is my first time purchasing from Friday Night Hair after seeing video reviews and thinking how lovely the units looked. It was sent out on the 11th and I got it on the 13th which was pretty fast in comparison to other wig sites I have purchased from and the wig is so gorgeous! I didn't have a good experience. I ordered the gls66, and the unit came with two different curl patterns. The front had a very loose body wave curl and the back had a very tight curl. Needless to say, the unit looked unflattering. After speaking with customer service, they asked me to send in pictures, which I did (I couldn't exchange because I had already cut the lace and tried on the wig). I only ended up getting $15 in store credit which I think is waaay unfair considering I clearly did not get what I paid for or what was advertised. I just wanted the wig that was pictured, that's all. I probably will not be utilizing the credit, as I do not want to give this business any more money. I bought the gls01 after seeing so many wonderful reviews. When I received it, I noticed that part of the wig was frizzy. I didn't mind as long as it looked good enough. The hairline looked wonderful except for one thing- it wouldn't lay on my hairline near the ears! I tried everything to get it to work until finally, it tore! I am soooo disappointed. I recently ordered a wig called GLS29. I had seen reviews of their wigs on you tube and it seemed like a good idea at the time, so I placed my order. I ordered my wig on the 3rd of august and it is now the 6th and it hasn't arrived. this really is not the reason for my disappointment with this company, because i do understand that deliveries take time, however... 1st strike, what first struck me as odd is some of the spelling on the website is incorrect. 2nd strike when I called the number to inquire how much longer it would be before I would receive my wig, the phone just rang and rang and then immediately went to a busy signal. 3rd strike, I called back immediately and was kicked over to an answering machine of a woman who barely spoke English. I left a message earlier today and still have yet to hear from someone. they supposedly have a chat button, but wouldn't you know...it just so happens windows doesn't recognize the address they have for it...the wig did arrive on the 7th, the package was damaged, but the wig was not. the wig was gorgeous, but considering what I went through to get it...I will not buy from here again. they need to improve so much more before i would consider it. read more

I have been a loyal customer of Friday Night Hair since 2012, I lover their units because they're nice quality to be synthetic, and the price is very reasonable compared to my local beauty store. In my 6 years of purchasing units this is my first complaint. I am so disappointed in this company. Usually a unit arrives 3 days after purchase if bought during a weekday. This last purchase has been a nightmare. Especially when you are depending on your new look. I bought GLS105 10/4/18, which was a Thurs. On 10/6/18 I receive an email stating my unit was being shipped. However the tracking number given shows a label was created but awaiting USPS in Katy TX, 10/9/18 it shows movement its now at USPS in Katy TX, 10/10/18 Houston TX, and showing 10/11/18 in transit to next facility. According to previous orders, the next stop is San Jose CA, then my city which is normally processed in a post office in another zipcode before its sent to my local post office to ship to me. I am pissed, If I could give them no stars I would. This is the worst experience. I hate to say this but I will no longer purchase my units from friday night hair, the have lost a loyal customer. If you are ok with a company advertising you will get your unit in 3 business days and it not coming on time, try them out at your own risk, like I said the units are beautiful, when they decide to ship it to you. read more

I ordered hair from this company last week. While it did arrive in a timely manner, the hair itself was very poor quality. First off it was super wiggy... like fake wiggy. I did like the curl pattern (I ordered gls03) because they looked kinda like wand curls (poorly made wand curls). The cap was very comfortable and stretchy, the hairline is absolutely amazing and so is the parting (you can part them anywhere you want). Those have to be the only pros of this wig. It is very very long (28-30 inches) so it did tangle, which I expected, but not so soon. It literally tangled up and matted the very first day I wore it. I had to cut it and straighten it just for it to be wearable. It didn't shed in it's original state, only after I cut it, which is another pro. It's a real bummer because I looked at review after review on YouTube about this hair and everyone made it seem like it was absolutely amazing... but it just wasn't. If I spend nearly 60$ on a wig, I expect it to atleast last more than one day. My sister ordered one also (gls74) and it seems to look much more realistic and is holding up much longer than mine did. Maybe because hers has more of a wave type pattern. My advice is to not listen to all the hype about these wigs on YouTube, because they're not that fantastic. I will try to order a straight or wavey unit to see how they hold up, but for now, Friday Night Hair gets a big fat 0% rating and a major thumbs down read more

I bought a wig a couple days ago. The shipping time came a bit later than expected but it arrived on tie based on shipment. I was so excited to receive my package later that day. I get home later that night ready to try it on but no package to be found in my house and I ask my sister if she's seen the package she said there is no package. I was confused but then again it said it was mailed. So I go down to my mailbox see if it's in there. NO! I look online and it was sent to the wrong address, probably not even a real address. Anyways I contacted usps and they said they'd try to retrieve but I never got a call back. I contact fridaynighthair now and they literally made it seem like they have no parts or faults talking about "usps automates it that way" like no you BILLED it to them that way. Anyways they telling me of have to start up a claim so they can "investigate" when there isn't much to investigate instead I should just get another damn wig. But they stingy. Bc other shops would just give you another wig and call it a day. Plus they don't even have an order history on the site which is weird bx every site I purchase stuff they have order history and track order. So definitely shady company. read more

I hate the hair and the company! I ordered the gls52 in a 1b but the they sent me purple hair. I know for a fact I selected the 1b color because I had screen shot the order. When it got here I was disappointed and didn't like the quality of the wig. It's very flat at the top for a curly wig and is put together horribly. My daughter ordered a wig for me fr fridaynighthair on December 17, 2015. Gls 66 after watching all the youtubers I decided why not order it, my daughter Kiearra said she would buy me it for my Xmas present so I was excited. Well to my disappointment I have yet to receive my wig and it is December 30 and still no wig has arrived. I emailed the company serval times because you can't get them by phone or chat, believe me I tried. The Web site say delivery in 2-3 days but that wasn't true for me. When I told them that I have not received my wig yet they told me it had been delivered. I told them it may have been delivered but not me. The told me that I would have to file a claim with the post office, and that I would have to wait to get another wig or a refund. Needless to say I was upset, I never heard of such. They want me take off wk go to the post office get name and number from the manager and email info to them. WHAT? They have already charge my credit card and got paid. I will file my claim but I think this is a shame. I must look for what happen to my own pkg. I will never do business with them ever again something not right with this company. They too $50.00 from me and sent no merchandise. Don't order from them, they r not nice people at all. PS my girlfriend got her wig today and it is a mess, not good quality at all.
