After going all weekend thinking the matter was resolved, I had to find out it wasn't. The crazy part is, while I was on hold, I kept getting an automated message to check their website for updates. Clearly State Farm does not have a problem misrepresenting outcomes. Incredibly disheartening. But ask me if I'm surprised, it's just another insurance agency that lies and steals.
