We booked MK Limousine Services for my best friend's son's funeral--an extremely emotional day…read more Days before the service, we spoke with Dave and amended the contract to reflect an earlier pickup time, only four hours of total service, and that the driver would leave after dropping us off at the cemetery. Despite this, the limo remained at the cemetery after drop-off. When we addressed it, the driver apologized and specifically told us we would not be charged for extra time, because he was not taken us back. The next day, our credit card was charged for an additional hour. I contacted Dave, who originally handled the booking and amendment, expecting a professional conversation. Instead, he talked over me, raised his voice, refused to let me explain, claimed he had recordings, and then hung up on me. His behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely inappropriate--especially given that this involved a funeral. We have the amended agreement clearly stating four hours of service and ultimately had to dispute the charge. Due to the lack of professionalism, compassion, and accountability, I would never use or recommend MK Limousine Services.
