Which results in going through standard line, verses the Pre check line which is completely cleared of any line and wait time. Finding my way back to the customer service kiosk to add my KTN number just to return back to Pre check line was time wasted, but not as much as it would've been standing in the standard line. Please update the KTN number when guest entered it in on their profiles and allow them to be printed it out on their boarding pass.
