Our house is over 100 years old, located near downtown Kingston. The foundation, made with large…read moreirregular shaped limestone, was built on a bed of solid clay and only about two feet beneath the surface of the ground. The very old limestone was in excellent shape, but the old mortar was not. Brad suggested using concrete blocks to replace the existing limestone, except for the bottom layer of huge limestone boulders. This would make the job more affordable and the wall would look much smoother when finished. He filled the empty cavities of all the cement blocks with cement, for added strength. My wife and I are thrilled with Brad's workmanship and steady work ethic. This young man works mostly on his own and never seems to stop for a break. Our foundation wall was restored in less than one week!

I asked that they involve the vendor and replace it, since the second head unit I had was fine, but the one they put on the main floor was loud and distracting. They simply didn't respond. I called back to check on whether the maker, Keeprite, would help, but no response. I then said fine, if they can't fix it and won't replace it, I'll pay to have a quieter unit instead, but after calling four times and having their receptionist say she'd have some guy named Tyler get back to me, I've never received a call, and each time I check back it's they same story, he's very busy but she'll have him call me. Simply a terrible experience.
