Trinity was VERY communicative, updating me on Tyler's expected arrival time. Tyler arrived about 2 hours after I made the service request. As it turned out, it wasn't just the spring that was broken. The shaft and bearings were in need of replacement also. Tyler showed me all of the damage and was very friendly, professional and courteous. It took him about an hour to make the repairs. In all, I spent more than the original quote, but that was because of the additional work that was needed. I'm retired Army, so Trinity also gave me military discount.
