Regardless, this last service was originally meant to be for maintenance and programming a remote for one of the doors and Paula and Alex continually found things to upcharge with some of the other doors in the building. The most unfortunate thing was they clearly worked on a door that was specifically excluded (it's just used as storage) and Alex used it as the main door he worked on and charged me for. They also left three other doors in non-operating condition (all were working previously). They seriously dug their heels in when I tried to get them to come back and correct their mistakes and have generally been unscrupulous. I would not recommend them, and would hope they improve their communications and level of service.

*** Update *** I had a 2nd company come out to replace my broken spring. Why would I use Banko…read moreagain when the ones they install got less than the "average" life in terms of cycles. First thing the technician said was, these springs are wrong, one was a 242 and the other a 250. Said they should both be 250's. In essence the 242 is a small spring. So Banko, whether on purpose, or by accident installed the wrong springs. This is 100% what led to the premature failure of the sping. Bottom line, AVOID BANKO. I feel they do this on purpose to cause premature failure in order so you call them more often than you should. I reached out to Banko, I'm awaiting a call back from a manager.
