Unfortunately had an extremely disappointing experience with Integrity. I've been using them for several years to service some older garage doors on an apartment building and I'm relatively certain that the original people were bought out by someone new. Regardless, this last service was originally meant to be for maintenance and programming a remote for one of the doors and Paula and Alex continually found things to upcharge with some of the other doors in the building. The most unfortunate thing was they clearly worked on a door that was specifically excluded (it's just used as storage) and Alex used it as the main door he worked on and charged me for. They also left three other doors in non-operating condition (all were working previously). They seriously dug their heels in when I tried to get them to come back and correct their mistakes and have generally been unscrupulous. I would not recommend them, and would hope they improve their communications and level of service. read more

If you're looking for a good garage door repair company I would highly recommend integrity garage door service. my garage door springs broke and I needed new ones. I called around to get a ballpark price and most companies wouldn't give an idea of a price (even though they replace springs all day). I had a couple of companies come out to get a price and all they wanted to do was up sale me. I called integrity garage door service. The girl that answered the phone was polite and helpful. She gave me a price of around $450 to replace my garage door springs. She sent out Michael Manning the next day. He was on time, clean, fast and even blew out the dirt and leaves of my garage. I had chosen to get a company out ASAP to fix my busted garage door opener and called the first Google Ad I saw, they came out the next day, and the guy was super nice....... BUT.... then we got to pricing!!!!!! HOLY $&@/!!!!! It was triple what I thought it was gonna be! NOPE, not gonna happen! So we pull out our copy of the Highlander paper from living in Highland Lakes, and we found Integrity Garage Door Services. They answered the phone right away, scheduled their guy out the next day....and gave me an idea of price right over the phone!! They were LESS THAN HALF the cost of the first company!! WOW!! He came out on time; knew exactly what we needed, corrected the rip-off company on what wasn't needed, and got right to fixing it with no hassle at all. Super satisfied with this company!! Excellent company. Used first for a small repair, then again for a door open installation a couple years later. Outstanding workmanship. Honest and friendly and dependable. When I had to call Mike Borman back yesterday because I thought it was broken, he informed me that the pull cord had simply come disengaged from the motor. Boy did I feel silly! But he was jovial and taught me what to watch for in the future and how to flip it back and forth myself if necessary. And no charge for the service call. This is a company I highly recommend and will use for any garage door opener needs in my future.
