I called them and two other companies. I got all three estimates and made a decision. I decided to go with all jersey so I called back. I was then told a mistake was made and my moving day was on a peak week making it over $100 more. Now where I come from when a business quotes a price there is no take backs. I didn't add or ask for anything more so that initial price should be honored since the mistake was made on their end. No dice. Was basically told to bad we will just book someone else that day we are and busy and shit. So pissy I went to my second choice. They had booked my day by then. No all jersey had me over a barrel. I ate the extra money. Moving day arrived and the guys showed up on time. They straight killed it. Well oiled machine. Wes was the lead guy and he managed the pack and move like a pro. They we so polite and worked so hard. They were jammin the power 1075 and they just made the day fun. We were all helping and laughing... No part of our moving day sucked. The communication throughout the move was amazing; the organization of the loading and unloading was excellent; the work ethic and empathy that these guys showed all day was beyond comprehension; the efficiency and knowledge of moving efficiently was beyond appreciated. I write this not as review but Thank You note. My Mother & brother had house fire that did not cause structual damage but caused us to have to move things out of house more quickly than usual. In only few short days I am able to arrange move from over 600 miles away. Ray, Jason Felix, Ceaser (movers), and Cheryl (at office) made what could have been a very stressful situation into one that I could be confident in and not stress over. I should add that I called over 35 movers in NJ and that ONLY All Jersey Movers were able to do move without having to do virtual tours which we did not have time for and other such nonsense that would take more time than we had to move belongings of Mother and brother. There was only my 78 year old Mother to meet movers and yet she said she felt safe, protected, and respected at all times by Ray, Jason, Felix, and Ceaser and that these movers went beyond and above professional standards. Mother now demands that I give them 10 stars instead of only 5 - but I give them 100 stars because they also called and assured me several times that move was going well and this is much appreciated because I am sick with disease that stress makes worse and also because of how well they treated my mother and how pleased Mother was. If your goal is finding the best possible price for your move, look no further. All Jersey has got the price for you. However, this is a cautionary tale of "you get what you pay for". Should you choose to use this company MAKE SURE YOU GET THE INSURANCE PACKAGE, you WILL need it! The company presents very well. The staff is friendly and they have that family owned personal touch. The way they handle their paperwork is a bit antiquated (they still use carbon copies on certain documents) and communication isn't always the clearest, we had to have 2 walk through estimates and once the guys showed up there were still some discrepancies as to what they were supposed to move. Moving is a difficult business and I fully understand that. We had a fairly large move going from a 5 bed 5 bath to a 2 bed 2 bath so that was a lot of stuff. Things were bound to happen. So when they scratched the freshly painted walls of our new home I didn't make a stink about it. The problem is that the issues just keep coming. The day after our move the lead driver called us and stated that "the check had been lost" and wanted me to write a new check for the company. I informed him that it was a bank check and that since "he" lost it I'd need to speak to someone at the office before I did anything. Later that day a neighbor came to our door and presented us with the check which she found blowing around the neighborhood. She knew we had just moved in and since it was made out to a moving company thought it might be us. I called All Jersey to let them know that the driver had lost the check (not his tip mind you) but that I was in possession of it. I also let them know that we had heard a crunching sound when the truck pulled out the night before but didn't realize until the light of day that the sound was the truck running over the charging base of a vacuum cleaner of ours. They also left a pretty significant gouge in my dining room table. They were far more interested in not offending the drivers and trying to get me to explain to them "how they could have run over the part" instead of asking HOW THEIR DRIVERS LOST THE CHECK. They made some blanket statement about having someone come out and take care of the issues and then focused on getting me to send them the check asap. I really should have paused on settling the check until they committed to fixing the issues. It took almost a month of constant calls and nudges, endless excuses from the owner not being in to the fact that their mail isn't sent directly to the office. Some designated person picks it up and if that person is out then no mail comes to the office apparently for days. Its bizarre, don't know how they run the business. Long story short they decided to appease me by sending me a check and letting me know that since I chose the base level insurance that they would not be paying me much and decided on what they thought was a fair sum for me to get get the repairs done. I wasn't happy with any part of how it was all handled but had decided to let it go until today. I have finally had a chance to start going through my files and I just opened the most important file box that I have with all of the information for some rental properties that I have and it looks like they dumped it our and then through it all back in by hand. Everything is mixed up. It will take me most of the day just to re-organize this information. This was really unnecessary and a total waste of my time. I cannot recommend this company unless you are going to stand over the moving men and observe everything that they do from packing to loading and unloading the truck. They also misplaced a number of screws necessary to reassemble one of my beds. Too many screw ups for a job that I paid for. In summary, if price is all that matters to you then - go for it. But if you want a safe a quality move or at least to be handled in a professional manner if something goes wrong, you may want to source a different company. read more

NEVER HIRE THEM! They were careless and reckless. After going to the wrong home for an hour the move was a disaster! They ran almost 2 hours over before losing the key to my GF clock and the middle support for my kingsize bed. They put a foot long gash on my staircase wall while moving a dresser up which I had to repair and then used a wood magic market to "fix" the scratches on my dresser from the wall! They then sued me for the additional $1000 they charged me 2 days later because the move took longer because they were under-staffed and disorganized. Did I mention they went to the wrong home?? I have no idea how anyone could give this business more than one star. I wish there were zero stars. Here are the highlights 1. Three of the five movers refused to wear a mask. I asked them over and over and every time I saw them, no mask. I have three small children at home and they had absolutely no regard for anyone's safety. One didn't even own a mask and I had to give him one of my unused masks which he took off within minutes. 2. I paid for five guys and was told I would be given two full trucks. One guy left and one truck was already partially full from another move. As a result towards the end of filling the truck none of my wall art, which I was promised would be wrapped and moved, was even touched. It was all left behind and I was told it's because they ran out of room. 3. At least 30 large boxes that said kitchen, master, fragile, etc were put in the garage of my new house stacked to the ceiling. These boxes were clearly marked and just thrown into a pile. 4. They took apart the master bed and lost all the screws so they couldn't put it back together. I went back to old house to search and there were nowhere to be found. Even one of them joined me in the search and couldn't find anything. They left my bed in pieces on the floor and never followed up as promised. I had to hire someone one to make parts and buy screws to put it back together. They don't know I resolved this on my own and clearly they had no intention of fixing it. 5. During the assessment and over the phone I alerted them to the fact that I had several bins without lids. I confirmed this was acceptable and was told it was no problem. Once the movers arrived they said they wouldn't take any open bins and left them behind. I even got a call from the manager and told them what my expectation was based on my conversation with the sales person. I said I don't mind going over on hours but I want them all moved. Well they weren't done and I actually had to hire new movers to come move them. 6. I gave them three days to reply to all of my concerns and the only thing the manager said is that my house was messy and cluttered. Well that's true and it has absolutely nothing to do with any of my issues. They even sent me a picture of my messy laundry room. A room from which nothing was being moved. So from this entire list of issues and concerns his only reply was that my house was a mess. This is my 4th large scale move and I have NEVER dealt with such unprofessionalism. The movers actually spent the entire day whining and complaining. To be honest since we are at the peak of COVID refusing to west a mask in my home is reason enough to give them one star. Our move from Brooklyn to NJ went well overall; however, we began running into problems when we noticed that the moving team had left the apartment we were moving out of without confirming that they were leaving or that all of the items on the move list we're in the truck. A few of our outdoor furniture pieces were left and we're still working to transport them to our new place as they do not fit in our car. When we spoke with Gabriel following the move to voice our grievance, we were told that it was our responsibility to make sure that everything was removed from the apartment; however, that is impossible to do when the team leaves without letting us know that they are leaving. The 1star rating reflects the poor customer service that we dealt with at the end of the move as they already had their money. Everyone in sales was helpful and very accommodating about a short notice move (the close date was iffy up to the week prior). The estimate given to us for the move was reasonable and accurate. On our moving day Nate, Darius & Gustavo were on time, professional, hardworking and very courteous. They took very good care of our furniture (which is more than I can say for our previous move with a Mayflower subcontractor - long story but trust us - they were just the worst). I hired these guys to move my stuff from NJ to NH. The move went reasonably well timing wise and the moving crew was very hard working and courteous. However, after unpacking my flat panel TV, I noticed it was severely damaged and I had to buy a new one. I contacted Robert Stanton who was my representative for the move and was told to contact Cheryl Germinara in customer service to get a claim form filled out. After filing out the claim form and waiting 3 weeks, I got a check in the mail for $99 to replace a 2 month old $370 TV, and $22 to get rid of the damaged one. I even purchased supplemental insurance for the move. In addition, my elliptical was damaged and is now unusable and several personal items are missing. Needless to say I won't be using this company again nor recommending them. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. Setting up the move was less than pleasant (they nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING, charge you for more time than you need even when you tell them they're overestimating and are incredibly gruff on the phone) and while they're more than happy to have you sign their contact and pay electronically, they require that you mail a hard copy claim form when their movers destroy your property. Once you've mailed your form is when the fun starts.... they don't acknowledge receipt of the claim form until you follow up with them and then they'll tell you they couldn't access the pictures you emailed them two weeks ago. It took 6+ weeks for them to offer a measly $250 to compensate me for having a brand new refrigerator dented and scratched in multiple places, a $1,500 office chair scratched all over and storage tubs broken. They didn't even acknowledge that I had to hire someone to reassemble the headboard that their guys put together incorrectly. The justification on their offer of $250 was that I paid for the extra insurance and took the $1,000 deductible. This company is deplorable and completely unprofessional. Like some of the other people said: I'd give them a negative if I could. This is the worst experience we have had with moving company. We moved from one house to the other within the same development. Driving time would be 3 to 5 minutes. Since the distance is so short, we moved all the fragile stuff ourself before the moving day. We packed everything in boxes. No loosen objects so it would be easier and faster for the movers. They had 6-7 guys, one supervisor (?) came early that morning and it took them 5 to 6 hours to load all the stuff to the truck, which is fine even though it was a bit longer than what we expected, and what they estimated. The brand new $12,000+ wood flooring on the second floor of the house that we moved to was just done the day before we moved in. I told them to be more careful and not scratch the floor. All the movers that I've hired before would simply put a clothe/sheet all over the entire house even though the floor is old. Professional movers would try their best not to damage it. But these guys kept on dragging my furniture around instead of lifting them up. Kept on talking to each other, joking around, which is also fine if you're doing your job good. But they weren't, they wasted so much time fooling around. We paid extra for moving our baby grand piano. Now we have so many dents under the piano because they were not gentle moving and adjusting the placement. The whole moving procedure lasted until 9:30pm at night. We felt bad that the workers had to work so late so I and my mother-in-law both tipped them, twice for some workers! After they left, we found that our brand new tiger wood flooring was scratched badly, not one spot, not two but everywhere!!! Scratches are in almost every room. Our master bedroom is the worst. They are so visible and everywhere. One of the post for my $8,000+ king size bed was broken too!!! We were so upset BUT we understood that was accident so we didn't act or talk angry to them. We called Robert and told him about it. He said he would report to the company and let us know what the solution would be. Later I was given their insurance company number to file my claim. Again after we talked to the staff there, sent her all the pictures of the damaged floor and furniture. She replied she would proceed the claim and get back to us as soon as she could. Weeks pasted we heard nothing from them. Every time we called we were told to leave a message but this person just disappear from the world. When we demanded to talk to a manager or other staff, they would insist SHE should be the one which took care of our case. Months pasted and we almost forgot about it (that's probably what they wanted). They used every kind of excuse they could ever think of so they didn't have to pay. My husband was kinda giving up the idea to get the claim. I was all pissed off, it's NOT only about the money. This is just NOT right and totally unfair. I told All Jersey and the insurance company that if they don't finish the claim then I would just post all the pictures on Facebook and share my experience with everyone that I know. Quickly, we got a $500 check within that week. To be honest, the $500 means nothing compared to what we lost if you look at all the pictures. $500 can't even pay for the post of my king size bed. We can't put them on because we can't replace it. They are just sitting in our basement now. Not to mention our brand new floor. We can't restore it and have to live with it as long as we stay in this house. Poor moving service, poor follow-up customer service too. I believe some other people might have good experience with them. But i would never refer them to anyone i know. read more

My office suffered significant water damage due to an HVAC issue and we needed to move a large number of heavy file cabinets and other furniture to an offsite location. I found All Jersey via Google and was very happy. Given the nature of the emergency they were here in less than 48 hours and performed their work with great professionalism in a reasonable amount of time given the amount hat needed to be moved. We had to rehire them 2 weeks later to move everything back once we fixed the all the damage and they were excellent again. Both times the crew was led by Nate. I chose this moving company based on the recommendation of a friend. Due to some unavoidable circumstances I had to leave my young adult son in charge of my move. Since I was literally only moving across the courtyard I did not think I would have a problem although I was moving from 3 bedroom into a 2 bedroom. I am sad to say that when I returned I found some of my furniture broken, not pins for my bookshelves and no glass shelves for my wall unit. I bought the wall unit when I lived in Germany so the shelf pins were not sold here in the US, I ended up drilling larger holes to hold the pins that are sold at Home Depot/Lowes/Ace Hardware. Yes, I drove all around town looking. I also am missing a change bank that I would empty my coins into nightly. I called the company and was told that there is no way that anyone took my bank because they had the best workers on this job. OK well my reality is that the bank is not in my things and it was when I packed it. i was told that the move was chaotic, I completely agree but feel that is no excuse for not making sure that the things are actually moved properly. Before the move I was very pleased with the customer service. After the move, I have had to tell everyone where I work/live of my unpleasant experience with All Jersey Moving and Storage. #THEY SUCK, they really really suck !!!!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed, unprofessional and do not stand behind their service. The movers were 2 hours late with no apologies, ... they half assed wrapped the furniture and didn't even bother boxing or wrapping alot of my belongings, strapped down my items so hard in the truck they caused a ton of damage from the tie down straps. As they moved me in, they damaged over $12k of my personal belongings. I pointed it out as it was happening to the lead supervisor onsite and they kept damaging my belongings. They also damaged my mahogany work floors in 3 separate rooms that caused over $5000 in damages. Called the owner MARK and was told because I didn't take the additional insurance the damage is not covered and I was blamed for not contacting the corporate office the day of the move when it was happening. They don't even follow their own mission statement - They are careless, grossly negligent and just do give a crap about the customers belongings. DO NOT USE THEM !! I'd five them a negative if I could... #Alljerseymoving I was reassured by B. Stanton that the utmost care will be taken during the packing and unpacking of my belongings so I did not take out opt for the additional insurance coverage not thinking that my belongings would be mishandled so carelessly. During the final destination move-in on Sept 24th 2019, I was onsite during the entire process as the movers were calling my name constantly to know where to place my items. Not even into the first 2 hours I witnessed the movers placing my living room furniture on the mahogany wood floors then pushing them around with they feet to move them around, this is when I noticed long huge scratches, long indentations caused by the feet of the furniture. I immediately brought it to the attention of the leader supervisor Les and told them to stop causing damage and be more careful. About 20 minutes later I noticed my foam mattress had a huge chuck ripped off the edge of the mattress that was not there before the move (again everything was purchased new within 3 years prior to the move) and this is when I started walking around to inspect and point out damage that was still be done by the movers. The 3rd item I found damaged was the Antique Indian, the back part for the painted head piece had large chucks of wood broken off, I immediately pointed this out to Les the lead mover and again asked them to be careful with my belongings. At this time I am upset, annoyed and pissed off that damage was being caused and it seemed like they didn't care because they kept causing damage to more items that I was finding throughout the day. Here is the list of items that I found damaged. 1. Refrigerator was dragged up the front deck stairs causing unrepairable damage on all sides of the fridge, huge dents and scratches on both doors. 2. The front door sash was damaged as they dragged the fridge through the front door. 3. Outdoor Grill top lid was dented - you can see where they strapped the grill down and dented the lid. 4. Couch sectional - broke a leg off the chair 5. Master bed posts on the bed all four are chipped and damaged. 6. Broke a wooden TV stand, unrepairable - was purchased over 10 years ago so didn't claim it 7. Ripped off a huge half-moon chuck of foam off the mattress - about 12-14 inches. 8. Brand new walnut kitchen table, huge dents, scratches and chips from them strapping it down. 9. Antique wooden Indian that was hand painted over 60+ yrs ago , unrepairable due to age I cannot believe your company will not stand behind your our company mission which was found on your website of benefits of working with your company: We have award -winning service, We have deep knowledge in doping it well, We care about our clients "we believe in exercising care, caution and best practices to make your move stress free, injury free, and damage free." This is directly off your website and I have experienced the complete opposite, as the damage was being caused by the movers to where I had to point it out on several occasions for them to be more careful, then when I reached out to your company because the damage was so grossly negligent I have had nothing but issues right up to your company doing to right thing. We recently did a 2 family move. Our sales / estimater was very professional. Once the move took place there was a lack of professionalism which went down hill to unscrupulous results. They broke our 5 year old stainless steel refrigerator that they could not get thru the doorway (the same doorway it came in 5 years earlier), they damaged a long console table and a wall unit. The final straw was as soon as they left we immediately noticed a missing lamp shade and brand new st steel garbage. We called the movers cell ph, and the office several times with no response. Finally they told we us we could drive up from out of state to pick them up or they would send a check. In the subsequent week we noticed 2 more cartons were missing with many high end kitchen items. Again reaching out to them we were promised a response but never received It. It took 3 weeks to get a small check but nothing for the majority of our damages even though we had insurance. The most amazing part was that when they finally did get the broken refrigerator through the door we told them to bring it into the basement of the building willing to accept this unnecessary damage. People on the "front line" were fine--Bob and Cheryl. Maybe they're ok as plain movers. But do not get them to pack. They're just terrible--broken items, missing items, nonbreakables wrapped in layers of paper, breakables just tossed in. Moving is all right, but they should be closer to the arranged time. I used All Jersey Moving when I went down to VA for graduate school. I called just a few days before after not being 100% when I was leaving, and they were able to accommodate me which was great! The two young men arrived right on time, packed up all my stuff which wasn't completely organized, the couch, and a nice jewelry armoire perfectly. When we got to VA they unloaded just as quickly. Very Hard workers. But hey were getting tired after loading all day and unloading the same in horrible humidity and heat. They kind of gave up the last hour or so and placed every thing in the garage. Left a couple of paintings and furniture out in the rain as well as a couple of thousand dollar rug that was forgotten and left out in the rain for a few days. A few minor things broken. Very very disappointing experience. Call Palmeri. My experiences Palmeri were 100 times better. During my move with All Jersey Moving two of the 5 guys were not working effectively & were unprofessional(I'll spare you the details) on the move which extended my entire move until past midnight. Foreman did nothing about this so the entire move was affected by this. Also, countless shortcuts were made. Some examples, the main glass of my coffee table was not wrapped and put on the storage unit floor. This resulted it breaking in half. My $1000 coffee table is now unusable. 4 $300 each bar stools were all damaged and chipped due to lack of normal moving care. I complained and All Jersey did not leave me satisfied. We worked with this company to store our whole house until we moved to our new house. From pickup to storing to drop off everyone we dealt with was very nice, professional and very hard working. Cheryl and Tami in the office were so sweet and helped me every step of the way with this process. Nate and his crew Daff, Eugene, Zamir, Manuel and Marco were very hard working and got everything done in a timely manner. I highly reccommend this conpany. read more

Based on the good reviews, I was very interested in doing business with All Jersey Moving. Unfortunately, they do not seem too eager to do business with me. Their follow-up is horrible. I submitted an estimate request on-line on 6/1/14 (which took about 45 mins to complete) with zero follow-up except for an automated email thanking me for contacting them. I waited. And waited. I called on 6/11/14 and am told that Bob (the estimator) was out of the office, but will call me by the end of the next day. No callback. I callback on 6/16/14 and explain to the woman that I submitted an on-line request and called a week ago and no one ever called me back. She apologized and explained that Bob will call me back by the next business day. (I am not holding my breath)..then...on 6/23/14 Bob calls and leaves me a VM. I call back within 40 mins and guess what? No Bob..he left the office. I tell her he literally JUST called me. The nice woman tells me that she will call him right away and see if he can call me back. I wait. Still waiting. You guessed it, no call back. I decide I will try once more to call and get an estimate. I call on 6/25/14 and ask for Bob. The nice woman explains that Bob is out of the office and offers to help. I explain that I have been trying to get in touch with Bob for over 2 weeks to get an estimate, and I am at the point where I need to hire movers for my July relocation and asked if he can be available tomorrow or Friday. The woman apologizes and explains Bob is out on vacation this week. I ask if there is anyone else who can give me an in-home estimate, and she tells me Bob is the only one. I thank her and let her know that I will be choosing a different company. Unfortunately for them, I am in the real estate business and I will not be able to recommend them to any of my clients. Called and spoke to Gabriel who was fantastic! He can definitely sense I was stressed as our closing date was approaching and needed help. He calmed my nerves about moving and hiring a moving company. The whole process to hire them was seamless. Gabriel was great to work with! The moving crew came I. Time. We had Brian, Gustavo and Eric. What a great group of guys professional and communicative of what to expect during the move. They wrapped all items very well I mean very well. They took care of all items and Nothing was going to happen to those items. They asked through out the day to make sure I was ok with all that they were doing. It showed they understood that this was our homes and took care of it like it was their own. I did have a challenge for them at the new place with one of those narrow metal spiral staircases. They did it with Complete ease! I was sooo impressed. Pricing was manageable and well worth it! Before they started we went through each room, when we left the first house we went through each room to make sure all looked good, and same with the new home. Overall a WONDERFUL experience and highly recommend. I need to also mention Tammie who I spoke to as well, what a very sweet lady and helpful. read more

Excellent movers. From start to finish, what is quoted is what you will pay. I used them for a short move within middlesex county in June of 2012. On time, professional, respectful... Handled all of my furniture and goods with great care. I couldn't have asked for more. I plan on using them again for a move in June of 2013. read more

** nI am modifying my rating for the time being. As I stated, my moved came in under the estimated weight. Almost 4000 lbs. Upon delivery, I asked the driver for the weight ticket, he presented it and explained that he had called it in to the office. I waited several days and called the office to inquire. I was told they have no record yet from the driver and they would get back to me. I waited, noting. I then called the company that I prepaid the move to, National Van Lines. I pretty much was told the driver has several weeks to get his paperwork in and I should wait a week and call back. WHAT? I HAD to prepay for my move but now my refund for the amount I over paid is just in limbo? That is not acceptable by any means. Now I called in again today and was told to try the end of Next Week! There is no sense of urgency to refund my money. Had this been the other way around, I would have never received my items. It is a shame that such a great experience can be tarnished by the back end. I have been preparing two review's in my head for the last two months, a good one and a bad one, not knowing which would be needed. I decided to embark on a long distance move in August. Woodbridge, NJ to Apex, NC. It had been quite a while since I had used a traditional moving service and my last experience wasn't that great. The horror stories of family and friends did not add to the impending feeling of doom. I contacted several movers for quotations. Some were very responsive, All Jersey being one of them. Others took several days to get back to me and then spent a month robo calling me ensuring I would strap my belongings to my back and hitch hike naked before I used them. Robert from All Jersey provided the least painful quotation of the bunch. He was very down to earth and non intrusive. As he had been doing this for many years, he did not need to open EVERY SINGLE DRAWER, unlike several other companies. (As a sidebar, really? can one persons sock drawer be THAT much heavier than the next?) After walking through my house, Robert took the time to explain the process and tell me a bit about All Jersey. I settled on All Jersey as their quote was quite a bit cheaper than all of the others. I contacted Robert to ensure his was accurate and I wouldn't have a big surprise at the end. He assured me that they would be right on point. I proceeded to stress over the entire move. Several day's prior, Cheryl reached out to review the coming steps. She was very professional and really did a great job of easing my fears of a disastrous move. William, the driver with National Van Lines (they were sub contracted as the move was over 500 miles) contacted me the day before to set up the time. When the day came, he was on time and ready to go. He had a terrific crew (two from All Jersey and an additional mover from National). The crew went above and beyond to make sure we didn't have to lift a finger. Any time we tried to help, they would promptly take the item from our hands. The process, while long due to the scope, was 100 times smoother than I expected. Prior to departing, William advised me of his arrival day and time and gave me the feeling that maybe, just maybe, this would all go smooth. The final leg was as smooth as the first. William, his mover from National and two movers from Daniels moving in North Carolina arrived and went right to work. I was amazed at how quickly the put our home together. Every step went smoother than I had imagined. They treated my property with care and placed runners in my new home to protect the floors. Overall, I cannot express how happy I am with All Jersey Movers and the partners they utilize. Moving is a stressful and painful process. They really have this down to a science. I was moving my family 17 miles (local move) and throughout the whole process of selling the old home and buying new, the aspect of selecting a mover created the most anxiety. I interviewed three companies and selected All Jersey Moving & Storage based on credibility of online resources (Better Business Bureau), word of mouth recommendations, fairness of price, and comfortableness with the estimator who reviewed our home. Prior to the final move day, we had to change the date twice. Once for a delay in closing due to extended negotiations of issues found during the home inspection. The second time was due to loss of power for 5 days from Hurricane Irene that delayed the floor contractors from finishing their work. In both instances, All Jersey Moving was kind and helpful in changing the moving dates. When moving day finally arrived, I was very concerned about the floors in the new home that had just been refinished with work completing just the day before. I asked the guys to be very careful and not slide furniture or boxes to avoid scratches. The whole crew was very courteous and hardworking and the whole move was completed without any damage to the new floors. I also had a piano and an entire two-car garage that was a woodshop and part of the move. It contained a lot of heavy, expensive machinery. The company anticipated my concern and had a separate truck just for the machinery so nothing would be stacked on top. All was delivered unharmed. The estimate for service was spot-on and there was no attempt to change pricing. I am very impressed by how the whole operation was run and the professionalism of the crew and management. It says something about the viability of smaller, family-run businesses that care about the satisfaction of their customers and the reputation of the business. I wholly recommend using All Jersey Moving and Storage. I don't plan on moving again anytime soon, but if I do, I will not be concerned around the moving aspect and will go straight back to them for service. read more

First just like another reviewer Jenee W, I tried to complete their online furniture listing form to get an estimate. At the last step it gave me an error and did not let me save my 35 minutes worth work. When I contacted them and explained about website issue they wanted to have their IT person contact me to help in fixing the problem. Very unprofessional. I was hiring them to move my elderly parents in with me. Three days before the moving day, they tell me that they are unable to do the move. Don't even bother to notify via a phone call. Great customer service!! No apologies either. They did offer to give me names of other moving companies one of which is owned by the owner's uncle. NO THANKS! I will be contacting Better Business Bureau. read more
